Cons At first when I started using TaxDome, I didn’t like the lack of payment options since I used Square, but my business has evolved where now I use Quickbooks for payments. The migration was very straight forward. We have been using tax dome for a year and happy we made the change. Pros I like how all the communication is within one area. It even pulls previous emails for clients prior to set up. Cons The emails confuse me because it shows as unread, when in fact they've been read. It makes life a lot easier to manage our practice using TaxDome. Cons pulling tax transcripts with Taxdome is currently less than desireable to deep resolution work. Il est donc beaucoup plus facile de regarder en arrière et de trouver ce dont j'ai besoin sans rechercher mes e-mails interminables dans Outlook. Cons j'ai commencé en 2020 juste avant la saison des impôts, donc ces fonctionnalités attendent toujours parce que j'étais un peu dépassé par ce processus de configuration. The time it takes to set up is substantial, but I have to believe it will be worth it in the long run. We are able to systemize and build a sustainable practice because of the continuity that TaxDome provides. Pros We were able to consolidate 5 different applications for our firm into one practice-management application. Our clients are fans of the client portal and we're seeing increased engagement because of the intuitive nature of the platform. Great support from their team. Cons The initial setup/implementation wasn't the easiest. There is plenty of documentation and learning modules for support, though. This was just time-consuming for our firm. "Chat" actually outs you in touch with a real human being, not an automated answer-bot. Pros There are so many more features than I realized!
