### "All that time looking for everything and it was all in one place"

Very easy to use and I've only been going through it for a few days. There are how-to videos for just about anything available on TaxDome. I'm excited to get into all of it.

Pros

I like having a place where clients to upload their paperwork and download my paperwork. I like being able to message them from the same platform. I like being able to see where my money is without going elsewhere since I will be in TaxDome all the time over the next few months. Having a website that looks professional and took hours, less than a day, to get it up and running.

Cons

I had a hard time finding where to go in the platform to change the trial into a paid subscription.

This has been a pleasure to learn. video's, one-on-one is scheduled. I tested it on several clients and they really like the interface with their phones, secure emails and messages.

Pros

TaxDome (TD) covers everything a much more expensive product does costing more than $30k! it is easier to use, easier to set up, easier to deploy.

Cons

The invoicing is very basic. TD should expand this area so you can see what a draft invoice looks like before it goes out. \[Remember, I am still new to it. I was able to finally see an invoice but it wasn't a pdf that I could review, mark up, change/modify to my exact standards. I'm still finding my way through, jobs, tasks, stages, etc.

TD was recommended by a $10+ Million dollar firm in my area that said they wished they had switched to them earlier. They are in the process of doing it after this busy season.

So far so good! no complaints

Pros

I love Taxdome! It's everything I wanted in a software for my firm. I can now cancel all the standalone software I have as this does it all for a fraction of the price. The client app is amazing and I can see how that will help improve communication to clients and stop the constant follow up of emails. I'm so excited to use this product

Cons

The onboarding rep didn't seem too knowledgable about the software. We had to figure out our questions on our own. She was nice but needs to get up to speed when onboarding clients

Cons

\- The billing and time tracking features need additional features for maximize usage and functionality. - As good as support is, it's time consuming to setup but support helps. Maybe offer a paid on boarding?

Pros

I like the workflow management best - it allows me to see what work is being worked on and allows for consistency across the client base.

Cons

There is quite a lot of time investment getting things set up at the beginning.

The software itself offered what i was looking for i.e. a practice management software that DID not do the tax compliance work for clients, which wasn't needed as we have other software packages for that.

The customer support is amazing. Thats one big plus.

Pros

I wish I had signed up earlier for this. Everything stays organized in a single place, no more scanning documents. Emails, messages, KBA, organizers - all under one roof.

Cons

There is a serious learning curve to this. I can find my way around things but it took me quite a bit to understand the flow and process of things. All in all around 15 hours of investment to get everything sorted.

### "Amazing product overall"

Intimidatingly exciting!

Pros

The software seems overwhelmingly incredible. There are so many features that increase efficiencies ten-fold and eliminate several other paid platforms.

Cons

Naturally, the platform is also overwhelmingly difficult to grasp at first. The entire team already spent two weeks understanding everything and I doubt we are anywhere close to being proficient - we are just scratching the surface. I doubt it's a true 'con' but it certainly requires some intellectual power to restrain this beast.

excited to use taxdome for all our services and enhance client data, documentation and process.

Pros

We have been searching and testing so many softwares to be able to run our firm smoothly. Finally i have found something that will alleviate so much nuances in our firm. It will assist our managers to organize and maintain tracking of projects. We are in the starting phases, but so far it has been great and we are excited to see how the processes play out.

Cons

The contract feature- while it is great, we do provide various services and tiers of services. We are unable to have one template to plug in the services and their descriptions. Therefore have different contracts per tier of service. Services- we are unable to describe in detail the scope of the work when creating a service. I hope this can be an improvement in the future

### "Just getting started"

Pros

I just recently purchased this software and am in the process of setting it up. The customer service has been fabulous! While I haven't had a chance to launch it with clients yet, I can see the potential for making my life so much easier come next tax season. The process by which you can suggest new functionalities and vote on the ones that seem most useful to you really makes you feel like you are being listened to.

Cons

This software is not turnkey. You really have to take the time to think about your processes and develop pipelines that fit your business. Not necessarily a bad thing but something to consider.

I needed a portal and a way to make sure I wasn't missing any steps. This has been what I was looking for.

Pros

I was looking for a portal and a way to streamline my tax an bookkeeping practice. I had heard others reviews and decided to do the trial. I really liked what I saw. The onboarding was amazing and definitely makes me feel confident about the support I will continue to have moving forward.

Cons

At first I found it confusing and didn't understand how to create a pipeline but now it makes sense. I also wish it was a little easier to make my templates look really professional. I also wish I could use the pay options I already use like paypal or quickbooks instead of having to setup stripe or the other option.

### "So Glad I found TaxDome"

We are growing rapidly and have outgrown all of our systems. I knew we needed to transition to a true Accounting Firm Management software and I'm so glad we found TaxDome. The ability to link S.O.P.'s too specific jobs and tasks will be a crucial component in allowing us to continue to scale quickly.

Pros

I love the way the pipeline is laid out and how the different automations work.

Cons

It can feel very intimidating to setup but my admin was able to jump on a couple calls with TaxDome to get everything setup and now she is very comfortable with it. They were very helpful in helping coach through the applications for our specific workflows and services.
