The implementation of signatures and CRM capabilities is super helpful. Cons I don't know of anything at this time that is a con. Cons Wishing it had the built in automatic billing of our monthly fee with engagement letters/contracts. I can't wait until this feature is available. Our clients are excited and make comments about the ease of use on their side as well. Pros The automation and self service it provides to clients allows our firm to scale much faster than we could otherwise. Cons There are some third party software integrations we specifically needed. Not a huge issue so far, but the software doesnt yet have a big library of prebuilt API's so we are working thorugh a few specific integrations. It took all of the two-week trial dedicating one to two hours a day to getting it fully setup and templates customized to our particular workflow. However, after a brief learning curve, we hit the ground running. Pros TaxDome not only works great for a tax practice but handles the accounting portion of our business as well. It has replaced three separate programs. The Cons It has a timekeeper feature. However, It would be great if we could get periodic reports on time by employees and clients who don't seem to be available at this time. Reason for choosing TaxDome TaxDome is a lot like an all-in-one CRM, but specifically for Accountants. "Tax" is part of its name, however, it handles beautifully recurring accounting clients as well.
