### "Veritone - Strong Campaign Recap Reports & Poor Customer Assistance"

I'd rate my experience with Veritone as a 7/10. Strong campaign reports but confusion with how to start a campaign and insert client names for tracking. Veritone needs to provide an internal IT team that'll help client's get onboarded and identify how to connect Google Analytics.

Pros

Veritone is strong in providing analytics, campaign review report, and on-air transcriptions.

Cons

Difficulty with "live read" reports and lack of IT team to help client's be onboarded.

We are currently evaluating this tool to determine if we will continue using it for Attribution

Pros

So far the tool seems like a comprehensive way to measure attribution for our campaigns, although I'm unsure how the measurement yet compares to our other tools. Hard to learn, but easy to use once you do learn.

Cons

These types of tools are very hard to learn, but once you get the hang of them they're helpful
