It allows us to schedule recurring projects throughout the month vs all at EOM. I love that we can leave comments so we all know the status or roadblocks for each open project. I couldn't run my firm so efficiently without Financial Cents! It's super user friendly and easy to integrate with QBO. May favorite feature may be the Client Vault where you can store login credentials, account numbers, and direct links to financial sites. Cons No dislikes; I do wish it was a little more affordable for us smaller firms though. However, I like that you can pay by the year to receive a small discount. It is a great way to help you stay on task and get things done on time. Pros Financial Cents has been amazing for my business. The cost for a one person business is great. I've found it to be a very secure way to communicate with clients. I can keep all of my documents in one location for me and my clients to access. The templates are absolutely amazing and easy to customize. Cons So far the only negative would be that I have a part time employee that does not have access to the software because he only works for me a few hours a month and I cannot justify the cost for that amount of time. Pros Intuitive layout, customizing is easy, interaction with and requests for clients very effective-even with the least tech savvy client Cons When needing to open any other type of document other than a pdf, the document opens as if it were a pdf or not at all. Excel files open as a pdf meaning that I can 't see all of the information in a logical fashion. Word and Excel docs have to be downloaded out of program to be viewed. The setup was quick, and having the Solo Plan meant I didn't have to pay for seats I didn't need. The client portal is the standout feature for me—it makes me look much more professional to my clients and keeps everything secure. Between the automated reminders and the easy document sharing, it feels like I hired a virtual assistant for a fraction of the cost. Pros The Solo Plan is an ideal solution for a single-person practice like mine. It fits my budget perfectly without sacrificing functionality. Cons I would like a better idea of the UI that my client is seeing - it would be nice to be cc'ed on emails that go out to them (this might be a feature and I just haven't figured out how to turn it on yet).
