Financial Cents has great features with the developers continuously making improvements. Pros I love the user-friendly interface, automations and ease of implementation. The developers are extremely attentive and listen to ideas and suggestions to improve the product. Cons ACH deposits take a bit longer than other applications, but it's not a deal breaker. It is help us be organized with our clients information but with our workflow. I love the constant updates from the FC team and really love the customer engagement they have through Zoom meetings and social media groups. Pros Workflow and client management. As well as the Financial Cents teams continued improvement of the service and customer engagement. Cons There is no mobile app yet and they need to work on notifications. Reason for choosing Financial Cents most of the features and items that we were looking for, though I would like to see FC get some more integrations similar to keeper. Easy to attach all needed information to clients and projects. Cons The highest level of features are pricey, but worth it. Pros The automations and ways to organize client info and what is missing. Cons As with any software it takes time to get used to it. But I did find it more intuitive to use than others. Reason for choosing Financial Cents It was more intuitive to use. I liked the interface better. I do wish it had more reporting and bookkeeping quality control things like keeper does though. September 27, 2024 5.0 From the initial discovery call to the onboarding, the experience has been good. It really is easy to set up and they provide so many training videos to guide you along. Pros How quick and easy it is to implement. We were up and running in a week, so that didn't impact our productivity and we still have training sessions left. Cons We haven't encountered anything yet that we don't like. This software has helped improve our workflow 100%. I love the celebrations too when you close a project- just feels like someone is celebrating with you! I like to click on a client and know everything- BN#, YE, resources. The portal was hard to set up and needed to be duplicated for each client. It helps them to stay on track with their task and manages all client info in one place. Pros There is a team of 5 of us, and we were becoming a little overwhelmed with workflow as our firm is growing fast. I search on google for two months to find a practice management software. I found FC via a reddit text thread! My team tried the two week trial and purchased before the trial was over because we felt an immediate relief once we set it up. The set up was super easy and the templates are AMAZING. I was able to get my emails down to ZERO (although for a short time)! In fact, i can check my email in FC. I love the integrations and am looking to try ReCat which is an upgrade within the software. This has eliminated a lot of mundane tasks. Plus, the price point is GREAT! Cons Nothing as of now. It has made our workload easier to handle with it's automations and email integrations.
