I have saved hours of my time with this software. The lead return was literally instant!

Pros

SImplicity and ease of use. The configuration is a breeze with the option to utilise conditional bots along with quickly creating multiple bot types. The templates ease the learning process which in fairness is simplicity personified.

Cons

Any shortcomings I have requested have been added to the roadmap. These guys actively listen and are constantly improving the user experience

We were getting hits on the website but very few actually went on to use the contact form, with continually they were kept engaged they many of them actually booked appointments through the chat bot, these then converted to paying customers. I've found it very effective in lead conversions.

Pros

Ease of use, seamless integration with Google calendar, fast to deploy and excellent back end UI

Cons

I didn't find any cons in the chat bot builder

Pros

I love the interface of Continually and the visual method of building the chatbots. I have used other plugins but this is by far the best interface. Within only a few minutes of installing this on my website, I had a visitor schedule a meeting with me. No more having to check my schedule or calendar! Highly recommend this software. I run a digital marketing company and Chatbot Builder by Continually allows me to put the scheduling on auto-pilot. I will be recommending to my friends and clients.

Cons

Nothing. Everything works great and it is very easy to navigate.

I was using and tried to use other chatbots before using Continually. The switch was painless and in the end it does its job very well.

Pros

The bot itself is very easy to set up and does well the job.

Cons

The landing page feature is too much limited to be used.

### "Take it from a non-techy person"

It solves the need to be present and quickly available to potential customers.

Pros

The intuitive ease in setting up the chat-bot conversations for my website visitors was huge for me. The technical details can really bog a non-tech entrepreneur down, so I was pleasantly surprised by how easy using Continually is! I had one question, and the customer support was fast and immediately helpful. Continually adds the chat feature my website needed and looks great!

Cons

There are really no cons to using this product.

Pros

How customer friendly it is. And the possibilities of customer insight. And how well their customer support is.

Cons

For now That you could not upload more than 2mb. However they already are working on this. So their continuously updating continual.ly

Easy onboarding and integration. I used it and for what it is costs it's a great tool!

Pros

This product has a great bot building experience. Much like a wireframe or mind map you can create a conversational flow chart. I do like the experience and found it easy to create and use. The chat bubble has a decent amount of custom options.

Cons

It can connect to slack but I missed a dedicated app or more connections to established messengers. Needs to keep up with some of the latest developments.

That I could do this myself without going through a software developer.
