We use agents across all our 4 major DCs and into the public internet and to users' endpoints where needed Cons I wish the Slack integration were on lower-tier accounts otherwise, I can't see a downside yet. It is very helpful and accurate for troubleshooting, Pros The most feature I like on Obkio is the "Live Network status ". I can quickly visualize the states of all my main sites. Cons The least feature I like is the "Speed tests" . Although it is useful to challenge the service level for ISP (Internet Service Provider), I use this feature from time to time compare to others features. The interface is modern and simplistic, and not cluttered with tools and features we would never use. The metrics are just what we need and I have no complaints. Pros Easy to deploy and simple to use interface with good network monitoring tools. Cons No reports included with the basic plan. Switched from [PRTG](https://www.capterra.com/p/21581/PRTG-Network-Monitor/) PRTG is installed in 1 location and monitors all from a single site.
