The best part was that you can directly assign something that you have received in your Gmail without opening the tab or app. So, assigning was easy and tool is easy to explain to any one who is not even the much aware of such apps and tools. Cons Though there are not much that I didn't like about this tool, but having much more clear and presentable task and project report would be a great addition to this tool. I've tried to implement other project management with more features than Yanado but has been rejected due to complexity, so we have stick with Yanado. Pros It is really easy to use, so it was easy to implement with my team. No need for extensive training. It lives directly within Gmail, no need to switch to a different tab to organize things. We can interact with it right when we are processing our email. It is configurable, we can keep it as simple as we need or add status or fields as required. It integrates with zapier so we can create task from other sources and we can update other sources when a certain action happens within Yanado. (That has saved us a lot of time) Cons I'd like to see deeper integrations with other services. At the moment there are a few integrations but only zapier has the ability to receive triggers from yanado. Unless I'm missing something. There's access to the API with documentation, but you need to know that stuff in order to take advantage of it. With Yanado it allows me to manage each email more efficiently and manage my team's follow-up projects. It's easy to handle and very practical. It meets our organization needs. Pros What I like the most is the easy way of handle projects, I just open Yanado in my email and know exactly were to start working on the day. Cons I don't really think it has any cons for me. I like to maintain things simple and that's what Yanado does. Pros Best part of the software is that it is integrated with my email, I can track the tasks without able to leave the email, which saves time. It is simple to use. I can edit, add comments to the task assigned. Any edit done sends an email to the person task assigned, which allows to not forget the task and completion on time.
