The team is very supportive and maintains constant contact to make sure everything is going okay. Pros This software makes the influencer sourcing process much easier and convenient. It takes time to find the right influencers who fit with the brand and Mavrck helps at making that selection quicker. This system also allows you to have seamless communication with the influencer. Cons We would love to see integration at some point with Instagram Reels & TikTok as they continue to grow. The message inbox & message notifications could use some work. It is a little clunky. Cons Personally, this is my first time using Mavrck for business and building the campaign so far has been very smooth. I can't count the number of hours saved, and although there are a few small tweaks I would make I would still highly recommend this for anyone looking to work in the influencer marketing space. Pros I love how easy it is to use, to verify information on, to use as a team, collect media and drafts, and communicate with influencers. Cons I do feel like there are a number of spammy accounts that slip through the cracks, but as a seasoned professional it's easy to spot (and Mavrck's Fraud Risk function helps filter more). May 22, 2022 5.0 Consolidating our influencers down into one platform has been incredibly useful and has eliminated the need for prior spreadsheets. The folks that we work with at Mavrck are capable, smart, and know the software inside and out, which has been paramount when we've had issues pop up. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and have your best interest in mind. So far I'm very pleased with my experience. Pros Mavrck makes it easy to group all of our influencers in one place. They provide tracking, analytics, and the campaign portal is super user friendly! I only just started using it, but I'm loving how easy it is so far. Cons Since I only just began using Mavrck I have not yet run a full campaign with them. The influencer sourcing process has been a bit difficult for us so far, but our reps have been nothing but helpful in aiding us with best practices in order to help source more people for our campaigns. Cons From an influencer and content creator standpoint, the terms of service and contract terms are exploitative. There is no negotiation allowed. On many deals, you have pre-agree to terms before you see the product and pay. They pre-set bad deal terms and expect influencers to just go along with it.
