The “best solution” they could offer was a discount on software I shouldn’t need to purchase in the first place. Pros I’ve been largely satisfied for the past six years until I ran into a logical flaw in the software‘s 1120 S wizard. They don’t allow for the common scenario of a corporate IRS filing with a non-corporate state filing. Cons Being told I needed to purchase additional unnecessary software to overcome a logical flaw in tax act design was very disappointing. Instructions are simple and very easy to follow. And my copies are stored electronically in my account if I ever lose my printed copy. Cons Since I don't utilize all the features of the product, it is a little expensive for basic business users. Pros its ease of use, can perform practically every calculation relating to tax filing. it offers explanations for various forms if needed. It offers a free federal option for filers, which pends on the difficulty of your filing situation. Cons can't think of any cons at the moment. Although not needed, there is no refund advance, you have to wait to receive from the government. Of course, the more complex your tax filing is, the more you are charged for filing.
