I must say that in terms of customer support, the SKU IQ team over exceed all expectations. Any time you need support, they answer emails instantly or call you back to assist you.

Pros

SKU IQ allows us to connect and sync the inventory between our POS system with our ecommerce platform. Going further, SKU IQ can create products across both systems, so we can save time and focus on managing the product information in one system.

Cons

There is a limitation on the number of products that can be pushed simultaneously from the POS system to the ecommerce platform, so this means that we will need to manually push a maximum of 50 products each time.

Awesome. Highly recommend this product. Like I say, there is nothing else that does what I needed, syncing products between the two platforms.

Pros

Seamless integration between my Clover inventory and WIX online store. Automatically syncs descriptions, quantities etc. There is nothing else like this on the market, and it's an absolute life saver as I was going crazy manually entering every single products twice before I found this Their customer service team is also fantastic, they are responsive and very helpful.

Cons

I didn't like the tiered pricing as I pay an amount based off the amount of transactions my business has in a month, even though the majority of those transactions are in store for services offered and have nothing to do with product inventory.

Great. We connected it and now have a better understanding of the processes we need to change and the inventory we need to update in-store and online.

Pros

Keeps our WooCommerce - Clover POS up to date so we can control inventory. Before we had discrepancies and now we have minimized this for the retail level.

Cons

Nothing yet we have not explored everything. We need to check all features including sale through rate and product sale through rates as well to better under stand our immediate trends.

### "A snap to use"

It’s a great product, just wish we could afford to use it. We are a small nonprofit and need to be careful about what we invest in.

Pros

How easy it was to use and synch our products. To see real time inventory management was very cool to see both in Squarespace and Square POS

Cons

Nothing able to use the UPC codes. We were hoping we could track inventory by UPC code and scan our product into SKU iq.

Sku IQ is an easy program to use- it just takes a few minutes to get familiar with it. It's easy to navigate.

Pros

I really appreciated talking on zoom with a very knowledgeable person. She answered all our questions and the one she wasn't sure about-she followed up by contacting her support team and hit back to me the same day.

Cons

The only complaint I have is that it took 2 days to get a zoom call meeting- but compared to other companies these days, at least we got a one on one meeting. Also I wish that when you enter a new product (after a bulk push) , it's automatically pushed onto the POS.

There's no progress report when I am pushing products to ecommerce. It would be good to have that feature.

Great, really simple interface and easy to navigate.

Pros

This is great for syncing your Wix inventory with Square POS and Square for Retail, the Product search & Multi Sync features are good and the Sync Events list is handy too. In addition to this you can even see all your orders and customers and the auto push feature (which is in Beta at the moment) is also very useful for automating new products added to your commerce site. 2 way inventory syncing is the perfect solution if you are selling products online and in a physical location with your Square POS, Terminal or Square Retail systems.

I haven't experienced anything bad with the app.

Overall a brilliant experience so far. The functionality is solid as a rock and support are great.

Pros

Product is super easy to use, one click to publish an EPOS product to the website. I love that it's set and forget - you publish and just assume that SKUIQ is working away in the background, and it always is. Solid as a rock. I also really like the out of stock email/text that is sent when you sell out, or hit a stock level that can be set by the user. Brilliant stuff.

Cons

I had a slight issue when setting up due to a setting in Woocommerce needing to be activated - but I did not read the instructions properly so it was totally my fault, and I was helped through every step to correct my error by the fantastic support team.

### "Waste of Money!!!"

Cons

I purchased their support for a website with an online store. Had an issue with some fraudulant charges and they increased my rate about 300%. They refused to refund the amount and refused to reduce me to my previous rate....after several weeks of going back and forth, they finally reduced my rate only to increase it back within a day for no reason whatsoever. Another several seeks were spent to try and get a refund and it was pulling teeth to get the refund. They are a predatory company that just can care less about any customer issues.

How fast it syncs any change in my shopify. It just takes seconds and when someone purchases something the order goes immediately to my shopify for me to complete. Easy !

We need more filters available like by vendor or when the product was created. Similar to the filters we have in Shopify

There seems to be multiple issues with either the SKU IQ to TT/Shopify link or an issue somewhere else but the orders and stock tracking doesn't seem to always link back to shopify as it should

Pretty good. Can't complain. The customer service has been great.

Pros

I needed a program to connect my Lightspeed R-series POS to my shopify, and this does just that.

Cons

It can be a little clunky at times. The BETA onboarding was a pain and didn't work for me.

Price & ease of use. The other options were expensive or similar in price, but had restrictions that would not work for me.

Pros

Simple and easy to use. Give a diverse information of sales results in each channel.

Cons

Removing cancelled orders from sales results is an issue for us.

Pros

It's helped syncing inventory between my online store and physical store a lot easier

Cons

I wish we could have a way of having total value of inventory in stock in our store in order to make quarterly inventory value counts easier

### "Works well and I don't need to babysit :)"

Today I had to drop in to tech support to have them perform a sync procedure that is unavailable to users unless specifically requested (to prevent an inadvertent reverse sync). It was handled in no time and the technician was patient with me as I dealt with customers.

Pros

The system is a set-and-forget solution. Only a few times per year I drop in to sync new products. Everything else is handled.

Cons

So far, nothing. Perhaps others would have more advanced needs, but I sync my POS to my ecommerce to keep product costs and inventory in agreement.

I am very impressed with the ease of use and the support received.

Pros

The onboarding and support i have received has been crucial to my success. The product itself is crucial to small businesses like mine who are needing to take advantage of platform features like tiktok shops

Cons

I ran into some roadblocks at first with signing up and connecting things incorrectly, likely my bad as they have several onboarding videos. However, i booked a call with support and within 30 minutes was completely up and running.

This has been a tremendous help to the supply chain team.

Pros

I used this product to sync my lightspeed and Woo-commerce stores. Since there was no direct integration SKUIq made this process very easy.

Cons

I wish I was able to bulk delete items that I no longer need. It is a hassle to delete items from all sites.

Search and filter features are clunky. Those could be improved. Especially when you are managing a lot of skus/products, pushing to various channels.
