The customer support is great! They heålped set up our account based on data we provided, and got the system basically functioning and valuable right away. This stood out to me from other similar products. Pros Easy to navigate, no glitchy, customer portal, simple and effective. Great customer Service. Cons As with any software it takes a little getting used to, but generally pretty intuitive. It's clean and easy for our investors to review and update their bank info & confirm their contributions and positions are accurate. Great transparency. Cons For the kind of investment fund we have, we have to upload investor data on a monthly basis. We've figured out how to do that with the team but it would be great if more data could be uploaded quickly without requiring additional manpower/appfolio's team to do that upload. Its ease of use and information platform have been an excellent experience that keeps getting better! Pros As an existing Appfolio PM product user, we were an early user of the Investment Management platform. IM allows us to have information about our investors and their history with us at our fingertips. And the Portal puts information at our investors fingertips! This is such a time saver. Appfolio was a big help in the transition from our old database. The transition was smooth and, surprisingly, easy! Cons Report functions have come a long way within IM, but still lack some robustness. Appfolio is very open to suggestions and they encourage team meetings with us to see how things are going and what we see a need for in the various areas.
