From beginning to end ECF doesn't have to worry about payment, posting, and follow-up on all debit/credit card payment transactions. I've almost always been able to manually take care of those transactions via Affinipay. The time this saves me in not having to come up with another option for payment is invaluable. Pros I find Affinipay extremely easy to use and it has all the features that I'm looking for in payment options. I can send a quick bill, see the status of that bill at a glance, and very easily look up previous transactions. Affinipay has made my job so much easier. Pros It's so easy for our members to use! I rarely get complaints or have issues arise. Customer support is excellent. Cons We changed the way we do our reporting, but it was not a difficult process. My only issue is sometimes the reports don't match the bank statements at the end of the month if deposits haven't yet been processed. Not a big deal though!
