ECF is a Florida Electrical Contractor trade association that offers members reliable industry updates, communication services, ongoing educational training, and leadership. The key to providing all these services is planning, efficiency, and good management. That's where Affinipay becomes the business partner that helps make everything happen. From beginning to end ECF doesn't have to worry about payment, posting, and follow-up on all debit/credit card payment transactions.

Cons

After the initial 'learning curve' how-to use the software period, we have had no problems adjusting to using Affinipay and find it a dependable, stable asset to our financial planning and monthly reconciliation.

Pros

The simplicity of the program - it is easy to follow and understand. The most important feature is its customer support/service. I have been in this program for more years than I care to remember and I am always amazed at the ability to get a real person when I need one and the quick turnaround in solving my problem.

Cons

The lag time in the ACH showing up in the daily and monthly reports.

One of the things I appreciate most about Affinipay is that it seems to always work for me when I have members specifically from China and Greece that have issues making payments via our website. I've almost always been able to manually take care of those transactions via Affinipay. The time this saves me in not having to come up with another option for payment is invaluable.

Pros

I find Affinipay extremely easy to use and it has all the features that I'm looking for in payment options. I can send a quick bill, see the status of that bill at a glance, and very easily look up previous transactions. Affinipay has made my job so much easier.

Cons

For my purposes, there is nothing that I feel is missing. It has everything I need!

I've had a great experience with Affinipay for Associations.

Pros

It's very easy to use for both the admin and our customers.

Cons

I don't think there are any cons to this software. I've used a few different similar products in the past and this is my preferred one because of how easy it is to use.

The key features I need for processing credit card transaction and issuing refunds are simple to use. The Affinipay site is laid out well and very responsive. But perhaps most important is that if I need support it is easy to access and high quality.

My experience with Affinipay has been excellent.

Pros

It's so easy for our members to use! I rarely get complaints or have issues arise. Customer support is excellent.

Cons

We changed the way we do our reporting, but it was not a difficult process. My only issue is sometimes the reports don't match the bank statements at the end of the month if deposits haven't yet been processed. Not a big deal though!

Cons

The financial transactions can be a bit complicated when making changes. Not easy to switch events and payments for individual.
