### "We love Tapcart!"

Pros

Ease of use, love the use of blocks to customize pages Integrations: tons of apps already exist in Tapcart and are at no additional cost to add. Tapcart always looking to add more Price is very competitive, especially considering that there's no additional cost for integrations

Cons

No way to use our current tagging system in Tapcart (sale and final sale products showing as such on the collection page and product page level No ability to customize the size and location of text on images (so for example, choosing any font & any size font and moving it where you'd like to place it on an uploaded image. To show our own font text on our banners and collection pages we have to do that in photoshop and then upload the image with the text overlay already on there.

This app will assist my customers utilize my service with a convenient mobile app as all shopping and things are done through mobile, this app fills that gap, at a decent price. However, their customer support alone is worth it all. They simplify things down even for the least tech savvy person like myself! This app enables push notification making customers aware of sales, discounts and important information by the click of a button!

Pros

easily developed with great customer service! I can't say enough about the terrific step by step customer support. My app was live and streaming within a week! (and I am not tech savvy at all!)

Cons

I can't say anything bad at this time about the app itself just yet, but everything seems to be smooth sailing, any challenges that do come up \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] My Custer service agent walks me through step by step, and with collaborating ideas, we got a beautiful result!

### "12 month lock in contracts with no way to get out of it, even if an employee signed it without you knowing. "

I wouldn’t recommend it, you don’t need an app. Your website can do all of the same things and more.

Pros

The apps look great. Sleek & easy to use.

Cons

Their 12 month lock in contract. Unknowingly I had an employee sign us up to a 12 month contract, signature and all. I got in touch with Tapcart to let them know I definitely didn’t approve this and they didn’t care at all, we’ve just been stuck in a contract that we don’t want to be in and are just paying each month waiting for it to end unfortunately.

I have had a great experience with tap cart. They have been very responsive from the customer service end and they keep us updated on the product changes.

Pros

Saved checkout for customers. Quick loading. Push notifications to customers for exclusive launches. Clean designs on front page.

Cons

Needs stronger reporting and analytics. Doesn't integrate with wishlist or live chat abilities which is a big feature our brand relies on. No scheduling for updates on app for front page or sales. It would be helpful to have web design features for days like Black Friday or other flash sale events where timng is crucial. It would be helpful to heave this feature for sale codes at checkout as well. Sometimes we remove the discount code but it won't actually remove. Would like the ability to offer more exclusive features on the app. Would like to be able to segment customers for push notifications based on location.

We have been using tap cart for year plus now and had boosted our sales we currently do more sales via the app then our website the staff there are always on hand to help and always resolved my issues very fast.

Cons

I don’t think I have any cons it’s easy to use says what it does on the tin.

### "Misleading communication on their integrations."

Pros

Stable, works well with basic functionality.

Cons

Miscommunication on features. They led us on for months about their ReCharge integration. Turns out you need ReCharge Pro, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on their website. We're disappointed we spent months paying hundreds of dollars to them in hopes they'd make this integration happen.

Overall the experience has been speedy and communications with the team through its chat service has been great. The product is solid and haven't heard of any complaints of functionality with our customers.

Pros

Its ease of use and how quickly you can start seeing results as a business. Very solid product for Shopify. Having an app allows us a ton of more directness to our customers versus waiting for a website to load.

Cons

Limited options within the packages. Unless you can pay $999/mo, you don't have access to add more plugins. The plugins really help make this product work more for your business. The price difference between the middle and last tier is too extreme ($99/mo for basic, $199/mo for advanced, $999/mo for enterprise). The enterprise level is the only level that lets you go beyond 3 plugins.

Has a futuristic UI. Ready to use template for your app UI. The reports and push notifications features are great. Integrates with many other shopify apps

Cons

Very expensive. Lacks a delivery feature integration. Search for products by uploading reference products is missing
