They didn't try to upsell me on anything that I don't need and are very honest. Pros I like how easy it is to use, and how I have it integrated with my other HR software. The \[sensitive content hidden\] of the company has even been proactive in calling me to follow up with us and offering his expertise. It's been a great business partnership. Pros I was looking for a reasonably priced employment background service, not a 1 price fits all situation. I wanted to be able to enter the required information and recover the necessary background checks on a national basis for a reasonable cost. I found CompuFACT. I was able to speak with the \[sensitive content hidden\] of the company, who put together custom options, based on our needs at the time. As we grow, they are continually here for us offering their expertise. We are able to control the costs based on our needs at the time. The flexibility and customization is great. I love that I did not have to buy a $10K adjunct piece of equipment to attach to our HR/Payroll system. For us, it was not cost effective. Cons There is nothing that I have had an issue with CompuFact. I really hope they get the exposure they deserve. They are an excellent company to partner with. Review Source AN Ashton N. I use CompuFact on a daily basis, so I depend on it greatly and can't be bogged down with slow service. When I encounter an issue, the CompuFact service team are always eager to answer my questions. They also respond well to emails and voicemails; which, is such a big relief. It really makes me feel that they are taking my needs into account. Cons Some minute concerns are with the results of CompuFact. I don't have a lot of experience with violation terminology, so I need to verify with Compufact customer service what the violation pertains. They always have the answer and help me with every question I may have, so it isn't a terrible con. Review Source CW Crispin W. We know here that we're getting the right information and can make informed decisions from there. Pros The ease of use of the user portal has made rollout of the Background Check process for my company easy and efficient. And all of the background checks have been factual and done in a timely manner, allowing my company to rest easy in knowing who we're hiring. \[sensitive content hidden\] have been beyond helpful, and the whole CompuFACT team is aces in customer service. As a vendor, I choose to only work with clients who demand a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to the laws and regulations that we must follow in this industry. " June 9, 2020 5.0 Overall, I am so glad we found Compufact because it has made our business run much smoother and made our lives much easier. Pros We are a small company, so Compufact has really helped speed up our membership process by allowing us to get background check results back within 24 hours. It is also easier to keep track of everything online rather than with physical paperwork. Cons Compufact took a little while to setup, but once we had all the right settings, it has been working great!
