Pros I have implemented Netfirms as the host and registar for a couple of different companies with varying needs and sizes. The ease of setup and deployment is a great help to launch quickly. It is easily adapted to add in other suites of software or abilities. Cons The navigation for some features on the admin dashboard can be a little confusing but they are correcting with updates and once you get used to it, it's not as big of a problem. Cheaper than some, and not as robust as others. If smaller business or personal websites are what you are looking to host, Netfirms is right about in the middle of the road. Pros Generally easy setup of wordpress sites. Easy to find and modify most domain settings. Reasonably fast response time and help for support tickets. Cons SSL certification pricey. Lack of easy alternative SSL cert options. Hosting specs lagging behind some competition. Occasionally suffered multiple occurrences of server downtime in a row.
