Pros

It’s amazing when you have the possibility to manage your team and tasks from a mobile phone in real-time. TapCRM application provides almost all the features of CRM in a very clear UI.

Cons

Some advanced functionalities are missed in the mobile app, they are available only from the desktop.

Excellent, great company with fast and friendly support

Pros

Ease of use and set up. Very easy to find data and fast response.

Cons

I would like to be able to dynamically order some of the pull down lists.

As ICT Consultant, working on a client project, I found out this powerful app. At the beginning it appeared difficult to introduce this app, but as soon as it began clearer how to configure the server side and, in particular, roles and permissions, all began simpler and TapCRM reflected very well the business requirements. Furthermore the support of the TapCRM team was fantastic. The app is high configurable and it is possible to manage almost all records of SuiteCRM modules.

Pros

\- High configurable - Easy to install - Full coverage of SuiteCRM modules - Good check-in system for daily work of agents - Access security controlled by SuiteCRM roles and permissions - Promptness e professionalism of the development team

Cons

Maybe performance could be improved, however it could depend on the specific mobile device and server side configuration.
