Furthermore the support of the TapCRM team was fantastic. The app is high configurable and it is possible to manage almost all records of SuiteCRM modules. Pros \- High configurable - Easy to install - Full coverage of SuiteCRM modules - Good check-in system for daily work of agents - Access security controlled by SuiteCRM roles and permissions - Promptness e professionalism of the development team Cons Maybe performance could be improved, however it could depend on the specific mobile device and server side configuration.
