Pros This app unleashes the creative part of me as I attempt to translate knowledge into e-learning. I do not like the idea of an LMS as it creates a one-way experience. SB lets my users search, comment, share ideas, and I can see analytics, who is using it, when, from where, and see which booklets are popular and which get little use. I'd like some more interactivity and here's the thing, you can actually talk to the people who make things happen. They want to hear from us all, and they are VERY responsive. I've been a customer for years and years. The support team and management team treat me like family. Cons I am an instructional designer so I'd like some easy to configure interactivity built in that creates a scorecard as the user interacts with each page. And then a report that summarizes and details how the content is being used and scored. Pros Simplebooklet has turned boring pdfs into standout flipbooks. Adding a link or QR code to print advertising makes static ads interactive and provides a measurement of print campaign's success. Being able to edit booklets while not disturbing the analytics is another great feature. This program far exceeded my expectations and the support has been phenomenal! Cons There is nothing about Simplebooklet that is difficult. Since most of my creative work is done in Canva, an integration might be nice, but not necessary. Pros You don't need a class or a degree to understand how to make this wonderful resource work for you. It gives you so many options to make something that stands out - and the whole process is super easy. Equally important the customer support team is STELLAR. I've never had to struggle through something on my own - there's always help right there, quick to respond, willing to walk me through or even fix my oopsies. But now that my business is growing and developing, I see so much more potential for use of this package. Not only can I upload PDFs to create online brochures, I can also design within the package.
