AtOne allows businesses to work with just one platform across multiple departments. Everyone is then using the same system and talking the same language. The cost efficiencies of this approach are huge! Businesses no longer need to subscribe to a number of different systems to manage their operations.

Pros

The modern, user friendly interface and intuitive navigation platform make it really easy to use. AtOne is the only system I have seen that incorporates everything in one platform - HR, Safety, eLearning, Recruitment and Contractor Management all in the one system.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about this software!

One great benefit is that every employee in the business has access to the system via password. This creates engagement at every level of the organisation. We don't need any other workforce management software to meet our HR/Safety/Recruitment/Training/Contractor Management needs etc.... we just integrate with our preferred accounting system.

Pros

Value for money. Jam-packed with features. You pay a similar price to other competitive HR software products.... however you receive 12 modules instead of one or two.

Cons

Wish we had found it sooner.... it is not well known in the broader International market.
