Thanks to it, I can receive my money for work on foreign platforms (and most of these platforms use it), in addition, I can be sure that my bank details are safe. The $20 fee is fair, in my opinion. And the more I use it, the more I like the non-bureaucratic ease of using the app. Pros I definitely love Payoneer, because thanks to it I can receive payments from foreign companies in a more secure and non-bureaucratic way, as Payoneer is simple to use. The website/app interface is uncomplicated and intuitive, making it easy for a layman like me to use. And payments have a small fee, which makes it more advantageous than other platforms. Cons I definitely love Payoneer, however, the customer support needs to be faster. Because when I enter some wrong information more than once, they block my account temporarily (I know this is for security), but when I contact support to clarify, most of the messages are automatic, and not from some real/human consultant to solve. This makes me irritated, it takes something that was supposed to be simpler. They blocked my account and funds under the guise of an “internal check”. There were only 2 payments from a client on my account, and I withdrew funds to my business account in the bank. In fact, there is no probable cause for the blocking. There is also no reason to check an account with two transactions more than 2 weeks. The worst part is that when you contact support, they don't give any explanations or timeframes for verification. I asked what documents they needed - nothing. They also refused to return the funds to the sender (client). Payoneer sucks! Pros Nothing, payoneer payment system is just sucks. Cons The security system is paranoid, they force you to provide a bunch of documents (more than in a regular bank). The account is often blocked for strange reasons. It is impossible to make payments within the system (the stupidest limitation) Two-factor authentication does not work well; messages are often not sent, leaving you without access to your account at the most critical moment. Payoneer keeps stressing me out, there was one security breach when I lost my money, and they didn't do a thing for a month. Today, I got another warning of a suspicious attempt. I stood out that I didn't want to be their customer asking them to reverse the unauthorized transaction ASAP, and what I got was another attempt to be robbed. I will raise a lawsuit against them ASAP for the stress they are still causing me. Pros Nothing. My money was stolen, and I am dealing with the irrelevant staff who have had no idea of what is happening with my case for a month now. Today, after everything they are putting me through I experienced a second suspicious login attempt. I am forced to be a customer because of Payoneer's irresponsibility to reverse the transaction and bring my money back. I have to still be their customer against my will! Til when? Cons It is so easy to steal someone's money through Payoneer, and they keep the victims of their scams without an update forever. And as an alternative, I was looking for another alternative bank of "first century" from Payoneer, so I mailed using the "contact us" bottom and the team used to respond to me after 11 days. i think this is too long, but it may be because of a covid pandemic. But if it was because of service quality, then it's not a good thing. I humbly request to the Payoneer team that please review this and made it fast. Now if we talk about my overall experience with Payoneer, then it was so much friendly. I'm using Payoneer to receive payments from Fiveer and freelancing platforms, and I never get into trouble. The exchange rate is also too good and withdrawal speed is also appreciated. Definitely, I'm going to highly recommend starting using Payoneer. Pros As a freelancer, I liked the "global payments service" feature of Payoneer too much. I am using "First-century Bank" of Payoneer to receive payments from my clients online. There is an option of linking our local bank account and mobile wallet too, So I'm using JazzCash to withdraw payments from Payoneer. The exchange rate of Payoneer is always high than every other platform. The second thing I liked in Payoneer is a notification of upcoming payments. Whenever I use to withdraw payments from Fiveer, a notification appears in the upcoming payments tab. Multiple currencies are also an amazing feature of Payoneer, I used to receive payments from my USA clients in USD, and from others, I use to send requests in EUR. I'm doing this Because my mostly clients belong to Germany and France. once payments are received in Payoneer, I can easily withdraw to a local bank with 2 clicks. There is no compatible Payoneer Debit Card. I'm using a Payoneer debit card on Namecheap to buy a domain and my experience is excellent. So I just want to say that the Payoneer debit card is much more secure and better than my local bank's debit cards. Cons Payoneer is my favorite bank ever but I want to submit some improving requests to my respected Payoneer team. I don't know why such an amazing platform has applied withdrawal limits. I can transfer a small amount of money to my mobile wallet but am unable to transfer it to a bank account because of the withdrawal of the minimum payments threshold. The payments threshold for withdrawal is a little bit high and should be reduced, so every user can transfer money to his local bank account if he has not a mobile wallet. Another thing that I wishing in Payoneer is, Payments requesting invoices. I wish that Payoneer should be an option of generating voice to request payments to our clients. whenever I use to click on "request payments" it shows me my bank account details and says for sending my bank account details to my clients. I wish there should be an option of generating a link to our profile instead of sending bank details to request payments to our client.
