I was able to setup three different bank accounts in three countries to withdraw my funds. As I travelled for work a lot, this made it very easy to manage my accounts and conveniently move my funds. The exchange rate was better than most local banks. The withdrawl time according to Payoneer is 2-5 business days, but I always had my funds in my bank account within 1 day; there were exceptions where it took upto 3 days but that was only particular to one of my bank accounts. I had easy access to my account activity and reports when I needed them to file my taxes. Although I didn't use this feature, there is an option to integrate an accounting software. Without a doubt, Payoneer is the best digital payment service I've used when it comes to recieving and accessing my payments. Cons I didn't like the prepaid mastercard options. Some of my collegues at the time almost exclusively used this method for most of their expenses and bills, but in the countries I was using the card, the exchange rate and fees were terrible. It is secure and efficient for all business transactions. This payment software has enabled my freelance business and career to grow to reach horizons that I never imagined of. Pros So far, Payoneer is the best online global Payment option for freelancers and business people. I like it because it is cheaper compared to similar payment software. Again, its dollar conversion value is always higher thereby lowering its overall cost. Sending money from Payoneer to Payoneer is free and fast. Finally, one can receive money from several parts of the world seamlessly. I like Payoneer to the moon and back. Cons Payoneer delays for money withdrawn to the bank over the weekend. It has to be approved manually after the weekend, probably on Monday or Tuesday. I suggest that the process should be automated to ensure that people can withdraw money even on weekends. I trust the company and it is an excellent alternative to traditional Brazilian banks for having lower rates. Pros Through Payonner I receive monthly international remittances for services provided and the experience is great. Communication takes place by email every time I receive a payment, I can register bank accounts or use a card, the fee charged is much lower than the fees charged by traditional banks in Brazil and after withdrawing the amount the transfer process is fast , usually in less than 24 hours the money is already available in the bank account I chose. Cons Sometimes there are instabilities in two-factor authentication and the SMS is not sent. In this case, it is necessary to wait and try again later. I think overall their intention is great however they need to fix the unbearably slow customer service to start with. Pros Payoneer has been helpful for a very few and very specific occasions. The UX & UI is nothing compared to other alternatives, but because of these, I still find it helpful to keep the account open and pay the yearly fees. Cons \- Payoneer has ULTIMATELY slow customer service, as someone who handles your money, they should have a live chat, live phone support or at least lot more prompt regular support - if I'm not mistaken they are still charging a flat yearly fee to keep the account open, which makes Payoneer about the only similar service provider that does this (unless for a premium plan) - they're fees are ok, but not great - strange verification requests from time to time Review Source Renan A. Only their support was lousy... but their fee struction, became difficult to understand. Dashboard continued to stay archaic. Withdrawals and minimums kept getting more and more. Initially I moved Amazon out of it, then PayPal and now going to dump their card as well. Pros Initially it was their card which was the biggest and most helpful feature. The USD ACH account proved to be very valuable as well... Cons The CS is crap. The prices are ridiculous (and hidden for monthly deductions). Their rate is absurd, their policies are becoming difficult. Moving out of their ecosystem seems like the only way... Reason for choosing Payoneer It was never a purchase. Both are credible companies that have policy's against sellers trying to deceivingly rip you off. Unlike Payoneer, they don't harbour criminals and have the necessary checks in place to protect the buyer. Buyer protection, something that every financial institution offers including all International Banks is not offered with this criminal institution. Also, when it comes to customer service, they are BAD if not the WORST. It cannot take up to a month to reply to simple message. Do not believe the fake paid trust pilot reviews, once you get scammed from a seller and try to get assistance from Payoneer, they WILL NOT HELP, trust me, i know first hand. Pros I have an account for over 3 years and the reason I chose it is not because it is special, but because most big sites and companies deal with it only so I was forced to choose it.So the only positive thing is that when I chose this bank I didn't find any problems in withdrawing profits with any site Cons The negatives in this bank are too many.1 Customer support service is very bad I had a lot of problems. Pros Being a freelancer outside the USA, it can be difficult to get paid. With Payoneer, I have been able to send request for payment to my clients, link to other freelancing platforms with ease and receive payments, on time and with no problems. Payoneer gives me a USA bank account that I used to receive payment from clients all over the world. They also have other currencies, which makes this a great option for all freelancers. I link my local bank account so I withdraw my money with ease too. That's a major plus for me. Cons They have recently updated their requirements for clients to verify what you are charging for clients have complained that they are asking for too much. PayPal is massive but Payoneer works great too and it's an interesting alternative. They send you a prepaid debit card for free to your home. You can use this card anywhere in the world to pay for purchases or withdraw money from ATMs. It saved me many times when traveling abroad. They charge a yearly maintenance fee, which I find reasonable. Their fees are lower than PayPal's! Cons Support could be massively improved. Their knowledge base is lacking and getting in touch with live support is a PITA. Don't use them to withdraw money in your local currency (unless it's dollars). Pros When I have to send a payment to a remote worker, Payoneer is the preferred payment processor by many of them. It's reliable and pretty affordable. You also have the option to have the recipient pay the fee, or you can pay it. They accept a variety of payment sources, from bank accounts to cards. It works very fast. I can withdraw my money from another country in minutes. They provide me a debit card as well, which I can use without touching. Pros Payoneer is my best software bank for using that everyone can open an account briefly and got a free MasterCard. I had a US and European account that allow receiving profits from Global sites and companies, it is fast for transferring money that not take more than 1 or 2 days and it's a safe service and supported by Global payment companies. Cons I can't transfer my money from PayPal to a Payoneer MasterCard because it's not supported and PayPal allows just to buy something from electronic sites by this card. Pros It is a secure payment platform and a great tool for freelancers, and ecommerce marketplaces to collect payment and grow their businesses. The fees charged on transactions are manageable. Currency conversion fees are lower than other payment platforms. Cons The site lay out is simple but difficult to navigate for new users when it comes to accessing some features. The platform cannot link more than one bank account and the process of receiving money is not instant. Sending money to other Payoneer users is limited to using Payoneer’s MasterCard only which is unavailable in some countries. The verification process is cumbersome and customer support is wanting. Cons The privacy is quite a hassle, they need to enhance security, direct payment method from paypal to payoneer should be integrated, other than that highly recommended!
