Accounting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "A disaster when you hit a glitch" July 31, 2025 1.0 Maybe Payoneer is ok if you don't suffer any glitch in their system, but when you do, it's game over - you will lose. Their support are all bots - you will get the same response for weeks: in chat: "yes, we have all we need, I assure you we will resolve your issue", then later in email: "sorry, we could not resolve your issue, have a nice day". Escalation within the company is impossible, even via their formal complaints channel. Pros Nothing; Cons I only got to experience their customer support and that is terrible. They will not offer assistance with claim backs. Pros Payments are easy to make and fast. It appears easy to use. If working with a reputable party it’s as easy to use as WISE. Cons Payoneer doesn’t offer any assistance if goods aren’t received. There is no ability to dispute a payment or open a chargeback. Pros Opening an account is fairly easy. It allows the acceptance of a variety of currencies making is attractive for global business transactions. The platform appeared to be very secure. Cons The fees are quite high, eating into your profits bottom line once you get into anything over $100, which is all our transactions. When we had an issue with the account and reached out to customer service, our inquiry wasn't really addressed but rather ignored and met with an unwillingness to resolve the inquiry. December 4, 2024 2.0 Creating an account was easy but getting a card was very complicated, especially since they asked me to receive my first payment before I could even start the application. Their Customer Support was slow and their agents kept bombarding me with predefined answers that had little or nothing to do with my questions. Pros There is frankly not much I like about Payoneer. I was forsed to use it for about a year due to a contract I did - and Payoneer was the only payment option. I guess I could say that the transactions were fast, but other than that, there's nothing positive I can think of. September 14, 2024 1.0 Pésima, hicimos el cambio hace meses a esta plataforma porque nos informaron que los tiempos de traslado eran cortos y llevamos 26 días esperando una suma importante para cumplir con nuestras obligaciones y la única respuesta es que no tienen fecha de resolución. Preguntamos por la Entidad que los vigila de acuerdo a la información publicada en su pagina y no hay respuesta tampoco, es al correo VPOperations@payoneer.com según se señala en el sitio donde comunican lo relacionado con compliance y recibimos otro respuesta tipo plantilla y nada de solución. Pros Antes tuvimos una buena experiencia y nos pasamos a esta plataforma por los tiempos de entrega de los dineros y esa fue la promesa con la cual iniciamos la relación comercial, en meses anteriores en general estuvo bien pero todo esto cambio y sus tiempos son demorados e igual es un servicio con comisiones altas frente a otras plataformas. Aceptamos una tarifa de intermediación mas alta por obtener una mayor agilidad en la entrega de recursos. Cons El soporte a la hora de resolver la entrega de fondos, inicias requerimientos y la respuesta pasa de un asesor a otro y en muchos casos son plantillas de respuesta sin entender el problema del cliente, estamos esperando un traslado de dinero a nuestra cuenta desde el 19 de agosto y al 14 de septiembre la respuesta que recibimos es que no tienen fecha de resolución, que es por problemas con la entidad intermediaria en Colombia, pero que no pueden dar información de quien es al entidad intermediaria, ni asumir con respaldo el traslado dado que nuestra relación contractual fue con Payoneer y no con un intermediario del cual ni pueden suministrar información. Cloud Solution Architect Manager Computer Software Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Excellent payment processor but needs to evolve" September 11, 2024 4.0 I have used Payoneer for over 10 years and they have features that other payment processors don't have but I feel they have missed the opportunity to integrate more services and tools into their platform as well as accepting debit and credit card payments from users who don't necessarily have accounts at Payoneer Pros What I like most is that it has the option to have multiple currencies from euros, dollars to pounds sterling and gives you the option of having a card associated with each currency. Cons What I don't like about payoneer is that you can only accept payments from Payoneer partner companies and other user accounts that already have Payoneer accounts, I would like Payoneer to have the option to accept credit card payments as Stripe and PayPal allow. I did not get any reason or deadline for the return of my funds from customer support. I also did not violate any laws or rules and conducted my business activity following all necessary procedures and rules. Nevertheless, Payoneer blocked me, basically took my funds and refuses to tell me when they will return my money or what I should provide to speed up the process. Payoneer is the worst, most stressful experience I have ever had, and I sincerely hope that the SEC will prosecute this fraudulent company. Maybe they will learn a lesson and stop committing fraud and illegal activities against their customers. Pros Nothing, they stole my money. Pros Easy way to receive international payments, with flexibility to send it anywhere you want. Great for when working for a company outside with a different currency. I have access to a US bank account, which is accepted for most of the US employers and platforms for DD. Pros I can receive and withdraw my money everywhere. Cons It could be expensive to transfer internationally if you dont have the debit card.
