Pros

Proliant is an excellent company and their customer service reps are excellent. IF we have problems, our assigned reps are always quick to assist us and correct any issues.

Cons

The software is sometimes a little difficult to find certain reports. And the Report Writer doesn't always produce the information you are looking for.

We felt they would best handle our complex organizations.

Pros

the automation and efficiency that it offers in the management of payroll and human resources of my company is great and since we implemented your software, I have noticed a clear decrease in errors and a greater integration with time and attendance, which has simplified many processes which were tedious before

So far it has met all the expectations and requirements that my company needed in terms of payroll processing and human resources management.

The software allowed us to eliminate time cards and manual hour processing.

Pros

The software offers a continuum including time/attendance, payroll, and hr functions. The payroll processing office is local.

Cons

The software has become very cumbersome almost to the point of creating the need to manually track hours again. Very frustrating. Cannot add our own Ip addresses, etc.

At the time it was the best option for the agency needs and the company office was local.

we needed online time cards and PTO tracking desperately. We also needed customer service that would help us readily.

Pros

Its very intuitive. I love the ability to capture everything Employee related in one platform. the app is very good too, everyone uses it! We switched from ADP to Proliant and have loved it!

Cons

can't honestly think of anything as it is so easy use!

I have a good experience. Sometimes it is not as fast as I would want it to be. Such as fixing issues.

Pros

I like that it's very easy to use, there was not much training when i came on board and I was able to figure it out without a lot of issues.

Cons

Limited as to reports, I also feel that if I'm the administrator I should be able to do more with the system.

It was chosen by our corporate office. I was not at the property when the decision was made. Recently I have found several issues with misspelling and removing past manager that have not been addressed.

We just added a new scheduling software that best fit our needs, they were terrible to work with. Proliant was there with us every step of the way to make sure they did what they needed to do to make sure the systems integrated.

Pros

The customer service is top notch. Whenever we need help with something I can always count on \[sensitive content hidden\] responding in a timely manner and with great direction.

Cons

The scheduling software did not meet our needs, so we are using another program for that.

I don't have access to back end functions so it's difficult for me to answer this question

Pros

The process in general for entering payroll is very easy and does not take a lot of time, same with set up of new employeee.

Cons

With the changes to the work environment we have employee's that are crossing over into different department and I would like the function to separate "on the fly" which department to expense the hours to, verses just one department. also to be able to set up up vacation times, roll over date, vacation or comp time left to use.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] is what makes your software usable honestly. We have had some major issues over our time with this software and she has been the best asset to our account.

Cons

The bugs or glitches that are present in the software are nerve rattling at times. Your inability to handle insurance for our benefit class 1 employees is bothersome making more pressure on me to ensure all aspects are handled appropriately.

The ease of implementation, the customer service support and the compliance using the ESS system brings. I love that it can store all of my documents (Ids/certifications etc) all in the same location.

Cons

There have not been many cons to this product, I have actually recommended it to a few other companies.

The people who work there are great and very helpful! The software itself is a little clunky. Other HRIS solutions are a little user friendly but I get that it is difficult to be all things to all people. I had hoped development would be a little more nimble and our client feedback would be a bit more valuable.

It's functional. We love the service and the people at Proliant.

Cons

It's not that user friendly. The modules don't meet all our needs. ie. PTO tracking, training, performance management, compensation

Pros

All the features that it offers, although we are unable to use them yet. I was excited for to be able to send all employees text messages, push notifications, and emails all at once for internal communications. 6 months in, it is still not implemented.

Cons

They overpromised a lot, and we have had a ton of issues with reporting. We had to escalate multiple times before things started getting done. There is a disconnect between sales and operations.

Overall it has been a good experience with Proliant, however, I am starting to become concerned with the limits in the systems capabilities. Such as adding certain items through performance management.

Pros

Excellent Customer Service, and well engaged customer support team.

Cons

Some of the integrations are quite a challenge to work through. Although it does allow for a certain level of customization, some items that I would assume are elementary are not included or can not be set up.

Pros

The customer service and ease of use. This software is so easy to use and the reporting features are great

Cons

The support team is fragmented, there's a different support member for each part of the software, however, I have found this with all others payroll software companies as well

We have received many benefits. As I previously mentioned, we used to track our employee hours on paper. It has greatly automated everything that we do and made our Payroll/HR operations much more efficient than they used to be. The customer service is also great and they respond quickly whenever we have an issue, which is seldom.

Pros

I love how easy it is to do anything with this service. I also like being able to track all our employee hours online. We had previously done this on paper.

Cons

I don't believe that there is really anything that I can think of at this time.

Routine payroll functions are very good, but non-routine reporting needs are difficult to obtain.

Pros

Product is easy to use for producing routine payrolls. Adjustments are easy to make and intuitive to learn. Customer support is excellent.

Cons

The only complaint is difficulty with ad hoc reporting. Trying to create some customized reports is very difficult to accomplish. I have waited nearly a year for a custom report that still has not been provided; every few months I'll be contacted with an update.

I save time with Proliant because input is streamlined and if questions arise, I know I'm only one call away from an answer from their customer service representatives.

Pros

Seamless integration with our business tax and payroll processing needs. I only need to enter payroll and taxes are calculated for employees and the business.

Cons

Wage garnishment is difficult to understand from the legal paperwork that businesses receive. Fortunately their customer support is easily reached and they walk me through the process every time.

It's been amazing. Between 2021 and 2022, I had implemented two payroll softwares and had something to compare Proliant too. Proliant has been a dream compared to the rest.

Pros

Easy to use for myself and employees.Never have any issues. Account reps are quick to respond to inquiries.

Cons

Nothing to dislike really. The formatting of the register is a little difficult to understand but is manageable.

We have been extremely happy with Proliant. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved that same day.

Pros

What sets Proliant above the rest in my opinion is their customer service. My team has always been courteous and respond in a timely manner. Our Account Rep goes above and beyond to help with what ever I need. He also calls to inform me of better ways of doing a task or to offer assistance.

Cons

We do not have any complaints with Proliant
