Being able to access resources and training links along with the support team Proliant has in place to assist with additional training or questions you may have, has made my learning of the software very easy. Pros Seems very easy to learn and when you have questions, there is a section you can review how to use certain features. There are resources and training links to help you navigate the software and the support team is amazing in helping you understand how to use the software properly. Cons The only con I can see is occasionally the time and labor feature times out while you are working. It's quick to get back in to the feature, just haven't asked the team about how to keep it from logging out. Reason for choosing Proliant The cost comparison, user friendly system, as well as the unlimited support available to our organization made our choice of Proliant the easiest. The software is also appropriately priced for the included features. Cons My only complaint is that I sometimes have trouble finding the report that I need when I'm looking for something non-standard. But we have a great account manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], who helps us navigate any issues. Pros I was able to integrate online onboarding, WOTC screening, and payroll in one vendor. Before we had 3 different vendors. I also appreciate the on demand report writer, allowing me to create my own reports immediately. Cons The leave of absence management is not user friendly. It is easy to understand and use. We took our HR department as well as our payroll to the next level with Proliant. Pros Proliant is a must for all HR and payroll needs. We were able to go from paper files to all digital files for our employee files :) Cons The reports for any kind of data is time consuming to get exactly what you are looking for. The customer service is great and the software itself is really easy to use. They are always up to date with laws and changes with things. We uses them to help register us in new payroll states and they integrate well with our 401k provider. Pros The software is really easy to use and very up to date. It is intuitive and makes payroll really easy. Cons Sometimes the reporting can be a bit confusing. Transition was fairly straight forward and didn't take very long. Only been using the software for about a year and a half but haven't had any issues. Pros Easy to input payroll items such as overtime and commissions. The grid option for data entry is great. Reporting is concise; salaries, taxes, and deductions are clear for each employee, department, and in total. Onboarding new employees works very well. Cons Learning to navigate and find the reports that I need/want, and learning how to choose the right parameters to get the information I need. Never outsourced payroll before and was used to the "canned" reports that are provided in accounting software packages. Review Source AB April B.
