Pros

I like the department change feature that was added and the auto pay of salaries. We just integrated our payroll to QuickBooks and that seems to be working great!

Cons

When using auto pay for the salaries it does not incorporate the total hours for the salary on the same line

The things I most enjoy about Proliant are the people behind it; great folks to work with and the ease of use!

Cons

Although you would think updates are a positive; there are quite a few of them and with each update it seems we find a glitch and there's something new to learn.

It's an HR software. I'm not the purchaser so my user experience improvement ideas don't really factor in what's easy for my company to use. It does the job.

Pros

I can access my schedule and paycheck stuff in one place

Cons

Some of the UI is unintuitive. It's also hard to use it on mobile. Looking at my work schedule takes some figuring out.

The conversion to Proliant was one of the easiest software conversions i have been involved with. The customer service is great

Pros

The product is very logical and easy to use. Labor distribution and average overtime pay were correct

Cons

I would like to hide unused features from the screens

Cons

The reports for ACA tracking are confusing and somewhat expensive. Overall, use for payroll and can be expensive depending on what aspects are used.

Good experience overall. It has been helpful for direct deposit to be seamless and employees be able to see their own payroll.

Pros

Generally easy to use for the person administering payroll. Employees like being able to log into their account. I did not help set it up so I can't speak to integration difficulties. Great customer service, I can get help whenever I need it.

Cons

I still struggle with new reports, but I know how to use the ones I use frequently. I haven't taken the training Proliant offers though, so that's my own fault. Sometimes there are things that don't work unless you change settings in two places, that can be kind of frustrating to figure out, but once you know that, it's fine.

Pros

The team that assisted with implementation was fantastic! Service has been exceptional since implementation. The platform/software is easy to navigate with lots of self help tools to guide new users.

There is nothing that I would recommend changing at this time.

Pros

The customer service element of this system is what makes this software work. Whenever I have an issue, my service representative is reliable to assist in a timely manner.

Cons

The workflow is not intuitive for a new user and takes some time to get acclimated to the software.

Pros

Proliant allows employees to easily clock in/clock out of work. They can also quickly request time off and see their pay and benefits from a single dashboard.

Cons

Sometimes takes awhile to load up but that seems to be the only issue we have.

We have used proliant through Obama care and it has been very helpful to keep up with the requirements . Payroll is easy and it is nice for our staff to be able to get direct deposit.

Pros

This allows one person to manage all employees with payroll and other HR needs.

Cons

At the beginning, it took a while to set up.
