They are super responsive and eager to help when needed. Pros This software is very intuitive. Even without reading the included documentation, you can jump in and start using it right away. The folders match the host site and are easily accessed. All tabs are clearly marked and easy to understand. Cons The only thing I would like it to have would be a way you could see the website you're making changes in without having to leave the software and go to a browser. An internal browser would be nice, but it's not a big deal. The fewer helpdesk tickets, the better, and this falls into that category. Simple gui, very easy to use and not expensive if you want the full version. Pros Easy to use interface, has a lot of advanced features not included with other ftp software. Cons There's not a lot to dislike, maybe it would be cool if it included a text editor. Pros The program is great. Simple design and intuitive. Cons What I don't like is their ads on google that say FREE--not 'free trial' but FREE version--many write ups do not make the distinction either. Then when you go to buy-- there is $24.95 charge which is OK, would gladly buy for that price if they didn't make me so mad with the advertising. BUT--for the 24.95 it says that you get to upload 3 websites--what is that? What does it mean? The interface now has 15 websites that I am Ftping on one server--and it looks like I could continue--but it is not clear what that means. Does it only allow 3 dedicated servers? or do they register your websites and ban you using software after that? Am not liking these folks.
