Since there is no initial cost and no hardware, it is worse doing even on a small lot. Pros Clear and easy to use, NOTHING TO DOWNLOAD : Just scan the QR code and ...magic... you are the web page. Enforcement can be done with any smart phone, here again no app, no investment.
