I don’t have to worry about keeping up with staying relevant. It does it for me. Cons Sometimes the connections to social media outlets disconnects. Owner Alternative Dispute Resolution Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Best overall social media management tool" August 27, 2022 4.0 Pros This is the only tool that lets you post to all main social media, including Google at a reasonable price. It is easy to use and you can pre-load your postings as far ahead as you like. I also love the recycle feature. Highly recommended! Cons Still can’t edit a post once that effects all social media accounts. Also not a huge fan of the layout for the queue. It would be nicer to see the image of the post larger. Its like having another employee that does social media 24/7. Pros This is SO easy to use. Hands down the best thing ever! I went from managing one page to 5 pages. And with SmarterQueue I am now saving about 2 hours a week and am able to manage 5 pages instead of the 1 page that I had before. Cons I mean it could be free. Usually, I find the apps/blog that help understand social media very complicated and I get lost quickly. This one gave me a positive feeling! I felt it might help me to be more in control of my communication on social media. Pros I loved the clarity of how we can use tools, the short videos that introduce the tools with simple words, and the clarity of the answer when I asked questions over the live chat. Cons After 30 days it's not free anymore. Not a critic, but not looking forward to the paying part! If I enjoy the trial part I might continue. Owner Consumer Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "So happy I am using SmarterQueue" July 21, 2020 4.0 This is allowing me to be more consistent, in more locations through out the internet, with less time & with the ability to stay branded within multiple platforms. Pros The ability to post in multiple platforms in a variety of ways, all in one location. Cons The only annoying thing is with LinkedIn, but that could be the platform more than SmarterQueue. I do appreciate that SmarterQueue notifies me ahead of time to take action.
