TomHRM is an excellent tool for SME companies. It is easy to use and to implement, can be tailored-made, huge value for money.
User friendly, very useful (especially ATS!), with great support. All suggestions for improvements from the client are taken into account and often implemented - that's huge advantage.
TomHRM is an excellent alternative to other SaaS apps for HR. In terms of features is as good as more widespread software, and definitely is much more affordable.
The best thing is that it offers a great deal of flexibility, you can choose the modules you need and basically configure your own tailor-made software.

Lack of advanced reports, filters and data acquisition capabilities.
Not enough flexibility and additional options when company grew.

"Comprehensive app"
Overall: The tomHRM application is a comprehensive solution that can be adapted to your company's needs. There are plenty of modules to choose from and each offers certain amenities. Any errors or concerns are quickly resolved by the support team. Numerous ideas submitted by clients are discussed and implemented. The ability to create your own fields and automate many processes significantly streamlines many activities and allows you to store the most necessary information in one place.
Pros: - creating own fields - ability to adjust settings to your needs - user-friendly and easy-to-use ATS - quick response to problems
Cons: - you can not align the cost centre to a specific person - no mobile app

Pros: I appreciate all type of data reports and new features updated every quarter.
Cons: I would recommend to renew the layout and to add some new functionalities to make process paths shorter.

Pros: The program is intuitive to use. A significant advantage is its user-friendly interface for both employees and administrators, as well as a section for additional information and guides. The modules are constantly being developed, so there is an opportunity to influence the program's shape
Cons: Some features are not very intuitive and don't align with our specific needs. A significant challenge is the long waiting time for a response from the Customer Care department, with which contact is only through email.

Pros: We are very content with the tomHRM’s Time Off module that integrates seamlessly with all business processes. There are constant updates so the tool is growing at a really fast pace which is impressive.

Overall: The benefits depend on the apps you will use (there are lots of them), but in general, tomHRM reduces paperwork not only for the HR department, but for all employees in the company. It also greatly improves internal communication and allows to organize many processes, for instance onboarding of new employees, feedback, time off requests, etc.

Overall: TomHRM serves the purpose, it helps with HR admin tasks without huge implementation projects for relatively small budget and with low effort thus helping Founders/Management Team focus on growing the business, which essentially is what startup community should be focusing on
