We used some other options from the market but they lacked in numbers. With Kirim Email, we could send 10x more emails 5 times cheaper. Pros We bought an LTD that featured 1.5 million emails. It was easy to set up teams and give them a number of emails and just start the work. It was cheap and it works, so it's 4 stars! Cons You can't customize the number of emails you give to each of your customers but it's still ok to use. Cons Sometimes the automation doesn't kick it as expected and the process could be a little confusing and tedious for rookies to email marketing. Cons We have encountered a significant issue with our email provider, Kirim, that seems to persist without any resolution in sight. Despite relying on Kirim to send emails to our platform users, we face excessive delays when attempting to upload our users' email lists. This prolonged uploading process is primarily due to Kirim's meticulous verification of each individual email address, which results in an upload duration of more than 24 hours. Even for a platform with a substantial user base like ours, where hundreds of thousands of users are present, the upload of just 10,000 contacts on Kirim takes an astonishing seven days.We have reached out to their support team for assistance, but their response has been highly unsatisfactory, as they merely acknowledge the issue and provide vague timelines of a few days or even weeks for resolution. This frustrating experience has led us to conclude that Kirim may be suitable for small businesses with around 100 users, but it should be avoided by anyone with more than 500 users.Despite raising our concerns directly to Kirim's \[sensitive content hidden\], the response has been unhelpful, with promises of ongoing fixes and redirection back to the support team, which has proven to be a nightmare to deal with. Consequently, we find ourselves wasting an entire day every week attempting to upload lists on Kirim, only to find that the process still does not work. Pros I like the ease of set up with this product, and I find it fits really well with Elementor Pro, WordPress and WooCommerce. Cons Setting up the WooCommerce integrations takes a bit of time, but once set up work well. The preconfigured client credit amounts don't give much room for flexibility, I think the lowest you can set is 35,000 per year for a client - I have clients who would only need 12,00 a year so this can eat into your allowance a bit. It is by far the best builder I have used and the team behind it was able to help me on every matters I had during the setup. Once your domains are set upthe tool is very powerful and you can create campaigns and track leads in details. Some simple yet very useful things like removing trash contact from a campaign (that came back bounces) allow you to send mails to only target leads over time. I recommend their tool ! Pros Many features whihc other softwares do not have. 1. Inbuilt Email Verifier. 2. Can add agencies as per plan purchase. 3. Viral Campaigns. 4. Promotional & Transtional Emails in Single platform. 5. More than enough credits per year. Cons Til Date i could not find any cons, may be in near future, i recognise some. Very friendly UI/UX put us at ease. the features in it are also good. I can create broadcast emails, autoresponders, SMTP transaction emails (Coming soon) and there is a page builder feature with a custom domain. Wow. so I no longer need hosting to create a landing page. Hopefully in the future there will be interesting features added. Good job Kirim email. Pros It's been quite some time, Kirim.Email is in the market and is a decent tool for this price. If you're new to the email marketing game, this tool could be one of your first options. It has some great features like email validation, viral form builder, etc. The support is quick. I also like the white labeling feature. Cons It has some language barriers as it was originally built for native Indonesian marketers. If you're an affiliate marketer, there are better options for you. And the overall UI is bland!
