E' stato apprezzato moltissimo da tutte le risorse coinvolte, anche da quelle (poche) che inizialmente erano scettiche poiché non credevano che con 140 domande chiuse si potesse tracciare un profilo verosimile. Consigliatissimo. Pros La struttura, le persone che hanno lavorato al nostro progetto con passione e competenza. L'obiettivo dello strumento e il fatto che ti porti a realizzare scientificamente un'analisi che normalmente avviene in modo spannometrico, come si dice "a sentimento", basata su sensazioni. Eggup dà risultati scientifici e denota con precisione ed evidenza le competenze/aree di miglioramento su cui lavorare in modo mirato, sia individualmente che collettivamente.
