I especially like the Google integration, as I use Workspace for nearly everything, for better or worse. I have another mail product but it uses Outlook - as a consequence, I hardly use it. Also very good value for the price. Pros Very intuitive and easy to use, the integration with Google Sheets makes things easy and above all, flexible. Simple - and if for some reason the Google extension does not work smoothly, you can just switch to the website and paste the Sheets URL into the 'Recipents' box of a campaign and go from there. Cons Not much to dislike - I'd like more flexibility to be able to save a campaign as a template, or perhaps I just missed something! Sheets extension sometimes glitches slightly. It has significantly improved my productivity. Pros What I liked most about Mailmeteor is how easy it is to use and its seamless integration with Google Sheets. It allows you to personalize each email quickly and efficiently, and it’s great that emails are less likely to land in the spam folder. Cons The main downside is the limitation of the free version. The sending quota is quite low, so if you need to send emails frequently or to large lists, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan. Founder Used the software for: 1-3 years ### "Perhaps the best Gmail Extension ever created" September 22, 2024 5.0 Mailmeteor delivers the best, most refined experience of any Gmail extension I have used to date, and that is saying a lot. Pros I can not understate the beauty and utility of the UI created for Mailmeteor. It is by far the most elegant solution for quickly sending out emails to a targeted list. The configuration options include HTML support for emails and one can easily filter the recipient list for targeting. I do use other email platforms that are easily recognizable for certain larger tasks, but this is the perfect platform when needing to send out 2,000 or less emails per day. Cons Mailmeteor can not send out to more than 2,000 recipients per day, but understand this is a limitation of gmail for Google Workspace accounts. Mailmeteor does understand this limitation and can automatically split up an email campaign that is over this limited. As mentioned by someone else, while the reporting can always be made more exhaustive, I understand that is not the target use case of this extension and it is meant to keep things focused on key metrics only. My one wishlist item at this time is the ability to search templates by keyword as I do have many templates now and it would be convenient to have a search function to find the proper email template. It also has a timer, so you can adjust how much time between emails you want. This avoids being marked as spam. And it's really affordable! And you can use different emails and alias, which can be useful if you are reaching out to different industries. Cons Their dashboard is a little complicated, but I used Google Sheets and that was lot easier. We use it for all our important emails to clients - unlike emails from mail services like Mailchimp, it doesn't end up in a marketing or junk folder (unless your email does anyway, uin which case it's not Mailmeteor's fault!). We all use it on our team.
