Had a choice between other erp software and decided to use billbee. Pros Easy to setup, highly customizable. Love to initially setup and don't need to touch it anymore. Highly reliable. Many connectors to almost every shop. The best points are the rules engine. Cons The rules are sometimes hard to mantain and have a high learning curve. But whe implemented correctly, it's a great work! Es wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine Artikelbegrenzung gibt´s aber schon nach den ersten 5.000 Artikel hat der "Spaß" begonnen. Nichts hat funktioniert, alles hat gekackt, das System ist öffters abgestürzt. Die Artikel waren kaum sortierbar und nicht zu bearbeiten. Einfach furchtbar!!! Pros leider nichts. Ein selbst gebasteltes Programmchen, nicht richtig funktional uns schlecht zusammengeschustert. Cons Alles. I automated my invoices, customer messages + follow ups and accounting exports to my accounting software. Pros \- Easy and quick set up- Saved me valuable time each day- Helpful and quick support- Easy to use- Many integrations to shops systems, marketplaces and many more- Good value for money Cons \- Doesn't come with as many features as other big ERP systems (e.g. a listing feature), but looking at the price it's a fair deal. Für Multichannel gibt es nichts besseres, was einfach einzurichten ist, zuverlässig läuft und der Grad an Automatisierung bietet. Cons Keine Möglichkeit für einen automatischen zeitgesteuerten Import von einem FTP-Server einzurichten. Das währe auch das einzige was uns hier fehlt. Nach nun fast 4 Monaten läuft einiges immer noch nicht so wie es laufen sollte. Manche Grundfunktionen werden sporadisch nicht richtig ausgeführt oder Bestellung nicht aktualisiert. Der Support benötigt auch immer ein paar Tage um dann überhaupt auf eine Mail zu antworten. Dann werden auch nur Teile erledigt und nicht alle Probleme gelöst. Hätte ich dies früher gewusst hätte ich mich nicht für BillBee entschieden. Schade eigentlich, da doch einige Funktionen gut durchdacht sind wenn Sie dann funktionieren würden. Pros Billbee ist besonders für kleine Unternehmen hervorragend geeigent. Die Einbindung von Onlineshops ist easy und auch ohne einen Shop sind Rechnungen im Handumdrehen erstellt. Analysetools sind selbsterklärend. Es ist ein sehr anwenderfreundliches Programm, das ein prima Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat. Cons Eine zeitlang hing mal das Programm und es hat sehr lange gedauert, bis mir geholfen wurde.
