"Evocon review in Capterra"

**Overall:** Posting data that is easy to read and using that to pareto our efforts.

**Pros:** Scrap and production tracking are very nice and easy to understand.

**Cons:** Production tracking and job distinction. We are a job shop and run multiple orders of the "same" product with little variation. There is no good way to track a single jobs progress through the production line. you can only view it as a product type not as a work order.

"Live & Automated OEE "

**Overall:** We had an issue with capacity on certain production areas where we believed/were being told that the machines we being utilised 100% of the time and OEE had plateaued. Since using Evocon, we have highlighted areas of improvement and proved that the machines can be utilised more efficiently.

**Pros:** Live OEE tracking gives a real time read out of machine operation. Visual display highlights areas of concern. User friendly and easy to use.

**Cons:** Signals work backwards so that in some of our applications, we are reliant on the operator to manually activate the signal at the end of a cycle.
