Wir arbeiten seit einiger Zeit mit teamecho zusammen und sind vom Tool sehr begeistert. Die Anwendung des Tools ist sehr einfach, user-friedly und intuitiv und auch die Ergebnisse werden im Dashboard sehr schlüssig aufbereitet, was die Analyse sehr erleichtert. Das Tool hat es uns ermöglicht, eine gezielte und nachhaltige Mitarbeiter\*innen-Befragungen zu implementieren und daraus fundierte, datenbasierte Initiativen abzuleiten. Die Beratung war von Beginn an sehr professionell, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe. Das Team und vor allem die Customer Happiness Manger\*innen bringen nicht nur tiefgehendes Know-how mit, sondern verstehen es auch, individuell auf unsere Bedürfnisse einzugehen und haben immer einen pragmatischen Lösungsansatz parat. Wir schätzen besonders die Kombination aus technologischem Anspruch, der stetigen Weiterentwicklung des Tools und menschlicher Beratungskompetenz. Teamecho ist für uns ein echter Partner auf dem Weg zur Unterstützung in Bezug auf Organisationsentwicklung und Etablierung einer Feedback-Kultur. Klare Empfehlung für alle Unternehmen, die mehr als nur ein Stimmungsbild des Unternehmens einholen möchten und sich datenbasiert weiterentwickeln möchten!

KI bei den Kommentaren müsste noch etwas ausgereift werden; wir nutzen den Newsfeed und hier könnte ev. noch eine Reminder Funktion + Excel Download Funktion eingebaut werden; ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Tool;

Top engagiertes Unternehmen, arbeitet kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung, hervorragender Support

Pros

Mitarbeiter können sehr unkompliziert und nachvollziehbar anonym Fragen beantworten und Kommentare hinterlassen. Befragung kann von Unternehmensseite nicht manipuliert werden. Fragebögen sind unabhängig erstellt und wissenschaftlich validiert. Alles Faktoren, die die Rücklaufquote hoch halten.

Cons

Als eher kleines Unternehmen können wir nicht das ganze Potential (nicht alle Funktionen) von TeamEcho ausnutzen.

Mitarbeiter:innen können niederschwellig und binnen weniger Minuten laufend ihre Meinung abgebenwahlweise auch mit persönlichen Kommentaren ergänzenneuerdings können diese auch von Kolleg:innen geliked werden ("Daumen hoch"-Funktion)der Betreuungsaufwand als Admin hält sich sehr in Grenzen und bei Fragen wird man immer unterstützt

als Admin braucht es etwas Zeit, um alle Funktionen verstehen und nutzen zu können(die rasche Einführung geht aber auch ohne tieferes Verständnis)und für detaillierte Auswertungen, Maßnahmen etc. ist das Support-Team wiederum zur Stelle

Pros

Easy to use and very effective. No lengthy onboarding required. We use it to track the current mood of our team and gain insights into where the company can improve. Highly valuable for management and HR because teamecho helps us understand what truly matters to our people.

Cons

Not much to add here. Some automatically generated reports would be nice, or export function of results. But those are just minor things.

Pros

We intended to aggregate all of our workers' data into one database rather than store it in various separate files. To add insult to our injury, we have many employees, and our prior mail-order leave system has proven to be mostly unproductive and has been solved by this application.

Cons

As a result of the system's high degree of adaptability and customization, the sample version does not provide access to all of its features. This is to be expected, given how much work and effort goes into each customization.

Pros

TeamEcho analyzes workers' present mental state & allows everybody in the organization or team to implement adjustments. It also assists leaders in determining which sections people are unhappy with and try to make it satisfaction to everyone.

Cons

There isn't much to say. There haven't been many additional innovations added to the program. I recommend they start using a browser extension or a smartphone app to access the content with a single login features.

We are using TeamEcho to get insights into our teams mood. They use it to evaluate the company and working environment as well as for anonymous comments and discussions. This leads to a lot of transparency and gives us (the leadership team) insights which we can address in our daily work and in team meetings.

Pros

Easy to use, anonymus, clear ui, simple to understand, web-based, trustworthy, team accepted it instantly and uses it (in general)

Cons

Depends on the team if usage leads to proper results or if only the dissatisfied ones are actively using it on a regular base (which falsifies the results).
