One of the things I like most about Jointl is that you can conduct an unlimited number of reference checks by adding this step to Flows, and referees can answer questions in a chat format. Overall, we have reduced the time it takes to gather insights, and references can answer questions at their convenience, which has resulted in higher satisfaction. Pros This is definitely a much more efficient way for us to gather insights about job candidates. We usually use Autopilots to conduct checks to avoid sending links via email, but there's also an option to invite references via email or SMS. Cons There are no discernible drawbacks to mention. We have used it primarily to get references for employment applicants. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has provided us with OUTSTANDING customer service. She always replies back to us immediately with whatever information we have requested or answers to any questions we have--she is a valuable asset to your company! We will not be using JOINTL in the future much, as we have discontinued checking references for our applicants. We will be using it mainly for references for internal employee promotions now. Thank you for a great product and great service! I highly recommend this to others! Pros For the most part, the product is easy to use. Cons The filters are inconvenient to use. When I would be looking to locate an applicant in a certain filter, the names are not alphabetized, and I would have to go down the entire list of names in the selected filter to try to find the individual I was looking for. The names should be alphabetized for easier access and to save time. It is also inconvenient that you cannot send a reference unless you have the reference last name, the business name, the relationship with the applicant. Applicants did not always provide that information for us, and we could not complete the reference request with it.
