### "Easy Meeting Room Booking System"

Overall a good solution to getting automated bookings for meeting rooms, and other facilities.

Pros

Smooth implementation and onboarding experience and exceptional support. Great team at Meeting Hub, willing to listen to feedback and feature requests.

Cons

There is a learning curve involved and customisation is restricted.

### "Great booking system"

This software has been a fantastic addition to our business and assisted in automating bookings and billings, which is great for cash flow. Great experience. Would recommend to others. Would love the cons to be looked at as more improvements on the current set up, which would just make it so much better.

Pros

Easy to use, has a lot of features, clear and visual. The customer support is always fast and very helpful - they truly want your business to succeed with their software.

Cons

The journey for the customer can be long, there could be some ways to shorten the path to purchase. There could be some expansion on the vouchers to allow for 'single use' codes for marketing/promotion use, to ensure vouchers can be compatible with automation and 'low touch' or lean operation marketing plans.

Hi Julie, We've searched extensively through our client records and can find no record of an Organization called County Commissioner that has or has ever had an active Meeting Hub subscription. I do not believe this is a legitimate review. We have attempted to contact Capterra to remove this review. Their response was "The Compliance Team has determined that the review does not violate our guidelines and will remain published. As a reviews platform, we cannot modify or remove a valid review unless it is determined that the review violates our published guidelines" It would seem that all reviews including those that are not verified or legitimate remain published.

### "Great Meeting room booking system"

Meeting Hub allows for client's to be able to book at their own convenience as well as through us. It is quick and easy to use and very convenient.

Pros

Ease of use and the visualisation of bookings is very useful. Team is also really helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Cons

Slowness; it can sometimes take awhile to load the different pages

Thanks for the feedback Jasmine. Please feel free to put us in touch with your IT team and we can help work through any latency issues. Page load times are heavily influenced by local environmental factors such as internet traffic in your Business Centre or Coworking space. The age of equipment or if you're using old browsers versions. All of these things are a quick / easy fixes for your IT team. On the upside we're glad to hear that you find Meeting Hub so easy to use, and that your clients find it convenient as well.

We able to manage our meeting room traffic easier as well as client able to track their meeting room usage information.

Pros

Our team like all front booking features

Cons

Back office feature (my meeting hub). We can not select 2 criterias to see client's information/ history. Now we can chose only one catagory either period of booking or client name.

### "best looking booking tool"

Pros

I was looking for a tool to help members and nonmembers easily book rooms. it's a pretty competitive landscape for booking tools. most were great for a single company/community, or a group who you didn't mind seeing meeting details or a busy calendar view. I wanted something that made the booking experience more user friendly. i.e what a consumer would expect from booking a hotel. MeetingHub was the best solution for that interface. as I dove into the software on the back end it turned out to be 5x more robust than other stuff I looked at. solved some issues I had resigned to having to rely on xcel and man hours to deal with.

Cons

everything on the interface was very easy to set up. except the new window on the booking site. that's got a generic stock photo image I want to customize. I know I'll be able to figure it out, but was surprised it wasn't as intuitive as every other piece of the software.

Anyone who needs to book a meeting room with us can now find it easily on our website, our Meeting Hub application was customised for our business and has provided great benefit for our company.

Pros

Very easy to use and the set up process is very clearly labelled. If I was unsure about something the help provided was fantastic!

Cons

Nothing. I was impressed with the entire set up process and ease of access.
