### "A great product, with the most fantastic customer support you could ask for!"

From the first meeting with \[sensitive content hidden\], he's helped on every step of our journey from building the content, to helping with blocks with had, and making suggestions for additional things we could do. He's always on hand, and incredibly responsive to any queries or problems we have and provides us with solutions in an easy understandable way. It doesn't matter how good a product is if you don't have the people to manage and support it, and \[sensitive content hidden\] simply makes working on the app a dream.

Pros

Its ease of use, for both adding content and for our customers to use. It just ticks so many boxes, from promoting activities, enabling bookings and sending out notifications.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like, if I had to find anything negative, it's quite expensive for access control and so we only have it at one of our centres.

I had seen myFitApp working and knew it worked well, and following an initial meeting and after considering other alternatives we made the decision that this would work well for our organisation. I also talked to other leisure operators who used the app, to hear about their experiences of using it.

### "A great product. An even better team."

Hugely positive. The product and the team have enabled us to deliver year on year improvements which have resonated with our customer base. However, the challenge we now face is once you're on that treadmill of regular upgrades and noticeable jumps in enhancements, you can never let off!

Pros

The people behind the product. Yes, the product often delivers on our requirements and is intuitive to creating your own bespoke designs. But it's the team at Innovatise and their customer service that is the most impressive part of the business.

Cons

The flip side of the coin to the power of the bespoke design is most of it is based on uploading images; so if you don't have great graphic design or photo shop skills (or access to those who do), there's not much natively you can do to replicate this quality.

I loved it would highly recommend it. It was very fun using my fit app. I had a wonderful experience with it

Pros

My favorite thing about the software is the class booking which was super convenient made it really easy for booking was super easy to use. I love the client support. The customer support made it very dependable for a good workout and exercise.

Cons

There’s really nothing I didn’t like about it it would be the value of the software. Everything else was spot on and would highly recommend.

### "Affordable, feature-rich app and a fab team"

A really great customer success team, account manager, and senior team and continually improving functionality have made this my favourite of all our apps and solutions to work with.

Pros

It’s so flexible and configurable and the whole team are passionate and supportive. With a little imagination (and some help from the lovely folks at MyFitApp) I found I could very quickly create a high-end looking solution for our customers. The browser based cockpit has then ensured I’ve been able to make sure it continually evolves with our brand and the developing needs of our members and business. This many design and functionality changes would be totally cost-prohibitive with a custom development but the lead generation feature alone in this solution has covered the annual cost. That makes 90% of our booking transactions taking place through self-service on the app quite a bonus!

Cons

It’s not the app but a limitation of the API that our leisure management system (LMS) uses that’s my only real gripe. It prevents us being able to offer variety in the book-ahead period so it matches the settings in the LMS - instead it only allows a single global setting for all bookings. Perfection would be letting users book some activity types further in advance than others. Fortunately there’s a new API in development by our LMS provider and the myFitApp team have been working hard to make sure it’ll meet our needs and the app will keep bringing new features like this going forward.

My whole experience with the myFitApp has been exemplary, from initial discussions and concepts and having a real understanding of our business needs, to development, implementation and aftercare, the team have surpassed my expectations and couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

Pros

The functionality and simplistic approach in bringing all of Burnley Leisure and Culture's operations under one innovative and easy to use system for bookings, information and marketing opportunities has been priceless. The App has enabled the trust to substantially improve communication with all of our users, ease of bookings, prospects and assist with access control to venues.

Cons

My only negative comment as your asking me to comment would be for the commencement of charges prior to the App being live.

I took over the management of the app 3 years ago, and in that time the team at My Fit App have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us create the best app possible within the scope. There is no hard sales push or bending of the truth, just pure support to get the best from the platform that you can within your organisation. It makes a huge difference that when you talk to the team, you are talking to someone that wants your app to be successful and not someone that wants to make a sale. The app itself works as well for large enterprise organisations as it does for small single site organisations, there is never a sense of favouritism or that our view (as a smaller organisation) is less valuable than a larger organisations view and we have been consulted on new feature developments to help shape the future of the app.

Pros

\- Integrations with most leading Leisure Management System Providers - Platform intuitive and easy to use, easy to train up new members of staff on - Strong functionality, and the team are always developing the platform - Amazing Customer Support in seconds, no long winded ticketing system

Cons

\- Some features are limited by what data the Leisure Management System providers

Pros

With over 4m downloads and 1.7m bookings per month going through it, here at Everyone Active we are finding the App an invaluable tool for our customers to engage with us and to take them forward with their personal fitness journeys. The intuitive design and the ease at which we can configure it to meet our customers needs really helps us.

Cons

We’d like to expand it further across the wider business offering into other one core activities.

I have the product very easy to use as a back end user and from a customers view the app is easy to navigate and understand. Whenever there is an issue or a question the team are very quick to respond and extremely helpful and often resolve everything very quickly.

Pros

The app is very configurable and intuitive and can be setup with many different layers as required for our business needs. By far the best leisure app out there on the market.

Cons

Some of the end points we would like to use with our CRM system are not available so there is more we could do with the app if more end points were available

From the decision to proceed the team at myFitApp have guided us through the build process with professionalism and enthusiasm, now that we are live their support continues to ensure we get the most of the app

Pros

The app provides the flexibility and configuration options we need to present the full range of services on offer by Be Well and provides our customers with a single solution for managing their accounts , making bookings, checking in on arrival and receiving pertinent communication of what Be Well has to offer them

Cons

Our app integrates with Gladstone. On the whole this works very well, the areas to refine relate to the management of waiting lists for classes, both systems operate slightly different which can create a little confusion

Pros

I love being able to accurately track all my health and fitness wit this app. It has helped me lose weight and keep all my fitness in one place!

Cons

Some of the input options are slow and outdated and makes it hard to accurately track things, but overall its really good!

Pros

A quick download of the app puts all of my gym’s info at my fingertips. No more scrolling through their Facebook to find info. The app lets me see events, class schedules, videos, updates and message staff. It’s easy to navigate and use overall.

Cons

Clients must have a device with app capabilities to benefit from the service. I know some people with flip phones still.
