Une expérience positive dans l'ensemble et promettante.

Pros

Ce logiciel permet de répondre à des besoins différents avec une seule interface, réduisant ainsi le coût de formation initiale des collaborateurs et le temps de mise en production des différents chantiers d'application.

Cons

Il y a encore quelques améliorations à faire notamment sur la réduction du nombre de clic nécessaires pour arriver au formulaire recherché. Point non gênant pour une utilisation modérée mais qui peut être frustrante quand on a à faire des dizaines de saisies par jour.

Très simple d'utilisation et le personnel d'Ermeo est très impliqué et réactif.

Pros

L'application mobile et la plateforme Web sont très simples d'utilisations. La personnalisation des rapports et des formulaires permettent d'obtenir des éléments facilement modifiables et avec le rendu graphique que l'on souhaite.

Cons

Le système de planification d'intervention est perfectible, ce qui permettrait de se passer d'un autre système pour gérer son planning d'équipe.

Un logiciel exactement dimensionné pour les enjeux du moment

Véritable couteau suisse de l'opérateur terrain, ERMEO permet de distribuer les ordres de travaux en temps réel et fourni une expérience documentaire entièrement nouvelle. Saisie de valeur, procédures conditionnelles, saisie vocale, rapports automatiques et personnalisés, il est même possible récupérer toute la donnée terrain et de la valoriser au travers d'outils BI.

Cons

ERMEO est le bras armé de l'opérateur de terrain et à cet effet il ne faut pas le confondre avec un outil de rédaction documentaire. Si vous avez ce besoin également, les équipes ERMEO auront une solution pour vous en vous proposant de connecter votre solution documentaire. C'est la même remarque en ce qui concerne la GMAO : ERMEO n'est pas une GMAO mais l'API permet d'exploiter pleinement ce dont nous avons besoin.

Pros

logiciel très intuitif à la fois sur PC et téléphone . plus de perte de temps avec les documents papiers à retrouver et a scanner pour archivage.

Cons

je ne vois pas pour le moment des points faibles à part peut être le fait de sélectionner la mise en page au nom de la société a la fin pour l’éditer ,çà serait bien que cela soit fait par défaut .

Pros

La simplicité de création de contenu dématérialisé. L’échange permanent avec les équipes techniques afin de continuellement faire avancer et améliorer le logiciel.

Cons

Nous avions rencontré des points bloquants ou dérangeant qui affectaient la conduite du changement (exemple de cliques non nécessaires, fonctionnement non intuitif pour l’utilisateur) Mais cette facilité d’échange avec les équipes techniques permet rapidement de faire des remontées d’anomalie, et a permis rapidement de faire de modification afin de mettre le logiciel au cœur de l’humain et de son besoin en évitant tous les irritants pouvant mettre à mal le projet sur site.

Pros

Facilité d'adaptation entre les différentes versions. Les process créés deviennent facilement réalisables même pour un novice.

Cons

Lenteur excessive avec la nouvelle version depuis corrigée. Les recherches de rapports dans le passé est parfois fastidieux.
