Pros

We use it in our power plant O&M company. It was effectively adapted to our workflows. FSM advisors at FieldCo are very helpful in organizing data and they even helped us make some changes in our processes for improvement. The mobile application is very easy to use for our tech teams in the field.

Cons

The web interface was not so easy to understand when we first started but it gets easy once the online training is complete.
