The platform enabled me to setup a league and our website in very little time. The software is very easy to use, and anytime I have ever been stuck support has been very prompt Pros Robust team management software. Easy to use for novice compueter users. Even includes a spearate team app to communicate with parents and team in a secure place. You can email the entire user base and coaches as well. The platform also includes your own customizable team website. Did i mention its free?? Cons There is a requirement to link a bank account. For most users this is pronably just fine. Coordinator Recreational Facilities and Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Was impressed " October 18, 2022 3.0 SMHA and TeamLinkt have alot of work to do now that the season has started and they need to meet with zones registrars and fix all the issues so this works smoother next season. Potential here for great things but both SMHA and TeamLinkt missed the mark by not testing the registration-team activation at the zone level. You can do better for all zones. Pros This software works for teams chat, schedule and communication. But to manage a whole league from registration to payment to team activation it needs so much work. Really not impressed with the front end of TeamLinkt and I have always promoted TeamLinkt and I hoped TeamLinkt was ready to take on the full team management aspect but they need to do a lot of work to make it easier on the user. Cons Invoicing doesn’t show as player paid when they pay on invoice. If stripe doesn’t talk to the invoice then remove that option. List of players in registration defaults to 50. Change this to 250 as default as you start assigning teams then go to add more players but then all are unchecked. Generated reports do not save from .csv to .xlsx. And all columns are duplicated three times and left blank SMHA team info sheet is not in same format columns as TeamLinkt s import roster option. July 17, 2026 5.0 My overall experience has been amazing and I really love this product. I have told many people about it and have encouraged them to use it! Pros TeamLinkt is so easy to use and has all the functionality needed for camps and season registration process. Their support is 2nd to none, every time I had a question or problem their AI support usually helped me fix it. If it couldn't help, a real person jumped on helped right away. They communicated well and followed up by email. This product is super valuable and their fees are very reasonable. I have yet to find an issue they were not able to resolve quickly and successfully - and most of the time it was caused by 'user error' and not the program! Pros It is easy to navigate and the support team is spectacular! We switched from GoalLine in 2023 and it was the best decision we could have made. The website builder is very intuitive and allows us to rapidly respond and update as required. Cons Hmmmm ... let me get back to you on that one! Choosing to go with TeamLinkt has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for the organization. Having used several other platforms, I can say without reservation that TeamLinkt is the best. Pros Compared to other sports management platforms, TeamLinkt has them all beat. The interface is clean, functionality is logical and support is excellent. Setting up registrations and keeping track of rosters is easy. The public website is modern, easy to maintain and easy on the end-user. Cons The only thing I'd say is they could do a better job of providing instructions on upgrades they make. That said, they're always improving the experience. I used this app to manage an organization of 100 athletes on 6 teams, run tournaments of 30+ teams in 6 divisions and manage teams in numerous sports. This is very user friendly, tutorials are clear and switching between concurrently running organizations is so simple. Pros The online tutorials as well as quick email support from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. Setting up organizations, teams, rosters and player movement is seamless. Live communication of schedule changes and scores is paramount to make sure athletes show up on time and in the correct location. Cons The tournament feature is still in its infancy and is not ready to handle either organization needs. However, managing tournaments as a "League" worked easily. Very responsive support staff and they are also very receptive to suggestions. It allows a small group of people to run our adult sports league with ease. Gives every team and every player a simple and fast method of information and contact for their team games. It also allows the league and team a central simple place to manage seasons, games, and rosters.If the league needs to push out a message due to game cancellation or venue change it can be done quick, and helps give multiple options to ensure players are updated.This app has been used by other leagues in the area because of its ease as well.We are very happy with it. League administrators, team administrators, and players can all use the app. Cons App needs to reload everything when you go back into it even if you just got out and go immediately back in. It took some time to learn what the platform can do, but having a representative from TeamLinkt hook up with us and step us through the features and how to set things up with the website, registration and financial link up really helped get our club going.We found the registration part valuable as each sign up we get for our camps gets put into our database and the reporting features help us forecast and lookback and what worked and what we can do going forward.Using the team management features for our club teams proved to be an excellent communication tool for parents and athletes. We encouraged our club members to communicate through the App, then parents started finding the engagement easier and feature rich with polls, messaging, document repositories and social media features. Pros The most impactful features are the website interface, registration forms and team management features. Setting up a website is easy and it gets your club profile up on the Internet. If you're looking for just easy simple looking websites, TeamLinkt is ideal. But what makes this platform shine is the registration and team management features. Creating registrations are easy and the integration with Stripe helps in collecting payments less of a headache. Team management is excellent as setting up teams along with scheduling and email within the app all very feature rich. Cons I'd like to see the option for debit payments for the registrations. TeamLinkt has an app that our players really like that allows them to see the schedule, post scores, and chat with teammates. Cons The ads in the app are the worst part of the user experience - specifically the ads that prevent you from moving to another screen until the time is up. The ads also apply to the registration form when viewed on a mobile device which negatively impacts the user experience and can appear as spam. I have requested information on removing those ads, but the final information has yet to be provided. There are also some bugs with the chat feature where notifications to do go away. My particular sport is billiards and our scoring and lineup process is somewhat unique compared to other sports, but it would be great if that could be incorporated into this. August 29, 2022 4.0 Pros TeamLinkt provided a very low-cost (free to us) way to move from paper based registrations and manual payments to online registration and payments. We are able to pass on the processing fees to our club members to keep costs down for our non-profit club. Cons Some features aren't necessarily intuitive to the users; such as during the registration process for a minor, the parent will occasionally create a TeamLinkt account for the minor using the parent's email rather than creating a parent account and linking a minor to their account.
