You really don't need to look any further, this is the product. Pros It is a fantastic tool. Easy to use and setup. Loaded with features for my league. With this new platform, we can now efficiently communicate with parents, accept online registrations, and provide coaching information. These enhancements have significantly improved the quality of life for our league. We wish we knew about this software five years ago. Pros The biggest advantage for us has been the money we're now saving by switching to this software. In the past, we used different platforms for online registration, payment processing, and team scheduling. Now, everything is integrated into one system, making it much more cost-effective. Another huge win for our league is the ability to upload player statistics after each game. We've tracked player stats since our league started, but updating them manually on our website was a hassle. This new system automates that process, making everything much more seamless. Cons There are a few issues we've had with trying to update teams. There are times we can't see the teams we added, and it has been sorta frustrating. The other software we used was a lot more user friendly. Very responsive support staff and they are also very receptive to suggestions. It allows a small group of people to run our adult sports league with ease. Gives every team and every player a simple and fast method of information and contact for their team games. It also allows the league and team a central simple place to manage seasons, games, and rosters.If the league needs to push out a message due to game cancellation or venue change it can be done quick, and helps give multiple options to ensure players are updated.This app has been used by other leagues in the area because of its ease as well.We are very happy with it. Pros We have been very happy with the ease of use of the product. League administrators, team administrators, and players can all use the app. Cons App needs to reload everything when you go back into it even if you just got out and go immediately back in. Combined with schedules that can track attendance is very handy. Cons As a community association we require one membership per family before a family can sign up for a community program. We would like it if there was a way for TeamLinkt to recognize family members so that they wouldn't have to buy a membership for each family member. I should say we have brought this to Teamlinkt staff and they are currently working on a way to help us with this issue. It took some time to learn what the platform can do, but having a representative from TeamLinkt hook up with us and step us through the features and how to set things up with the website, registration and financial link up really helped get our club going.We found the registration part valuable as each sign up we get for our camps gets put into our database and the reporting features help us forecast and lookback and what worked and what we can do going forward.Using the team management features for our club teams proved to be an excellent communication tool for parents and athletes. We encouraged our club members to communicate through the App, then parents started finding the engagement easier and feature rich with polls, messaging, document repositories and social media features. Pros The most impactful features are the website interface, registration forms and team management features. Setting up a website is easy and it gets your club profile up on the Internet. If you're looking for just easy simple looking websites, TeamLinkt is ideal. But what makes this platform shine is the registration and team management features. Creating registrations are easy and the integration with Stripe helps in collecting payments less of a headache. Team management is excellent as setting up teams along with scheduling and email within the app all very feature rich. Cons I'd like to see the option for debit payments for the registrations. Compared to the other systems that we looked at its ease of setup and operations heads and tails beyond the competitors. Our Club is happy yo recommend TeamLinkt to others. Pros Teamlinkt has been our goto registration and team management system literally since we launched just over a year ago. Early on we had some hick ups with the system - some of our own doing - but we have been able to adapt and work with TeamLinkt to rectify and correct issues.The registration and team management aspects of the software have been critical in the operation and growth of our Club having allowed us to focus on managing Club growth and day-to-day operations. Cons Our biggest issue with the software is the inability to simply interface invoicing with our accounting system. As the driver of revenue we need to understand collection issues on a timely basis. The other aspect that we would like to see further development on is regarding to discounts - some times coaches and registrars make deals with families that do not fit the standard and are sometime done post registration - while we have created a workaround, it would be nice to have the ability of the administrator to deal with these. The fact that it provided most of what we need and included a robust mobile application made this a very easy decision. Pros Most features for registrations, league management, officials and scheduling are extremely easy to set up and work very well compared to many other platforms. Cost is incredibly low when looking at many other providers. The mobile aspect of TeamLinkt rivals all other companies and far better than most, especially if looking for a made in Canada solution. I used this app to manage an organization of 100 athletes on 6 teams, run tournaments of 30+ teams in 6 divisions and manage teams in numerous sports. This is very user friendly, tutorials are clear and switching between concurrently running organizations is so simple. Pros The online tutorials as well as quick email support from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. Setting up organizations, teams, rosters and player movement is seamless. Live communication of schedule changes and scores is paramount to make sure athletes show up on time and in the correct location. Cons The tournament feature is still in its infancy and is not ready to handle either organization needs. However, managing tournaments as a "League" worked easily. Customer service was outstanding. Pros It's hard to say what I liked most about this software program, I have used others as a parent but not from an organizational perspective. Our entire executive was thoroughly impressed with the program especially with there being no fee to use it. We are a youth sports organization so we do everything we can to keep costs to a minimum. The online registration, payment, and app integration were by far the best for us. Cons The ads can be a little intrusive and annoying (this was really the only complaint we received) but we completely understand and respect why they are there and appreciate that we are able to use the program fee due to this. They provide you 1 on 1 meetings with a staff member who takes full control of your account and make sure you are always satisfy with their services. You can to talk to them on video calls and they make you feel like family. I have been with other service providers but non provide quality customer service like TeamLinkt. Pros I love the features of been able to register players both online and offline while also providing quality roster services Cons I still haven't discovered something I don't like with this software but I know upon providing a review on any issue, a team linkt staff member or my rep will work with me to fix it. Reason for choosing TeamLinkt Quality services and good customer representative. Sometimes you just need someone to hear your ideas or struggles with an app to provide you with quality services. This is what is missing with other apps. It is simple to use and navigate as a player (user), team manager and an administrator. - Calendar syncing so team managers do not have to manually enter games/practices. - Chat and email functions for teams. Ability to share photos. - Email functions for the associations to each team or just team admins. - Direct links for our team store. - Game updates live. - Was great for Covid with the waiver functionality (great customer service to get that going based on feedback from customers)Overall, TeamLinkt is great!! Cons Only one item that could use improvement that I can think of right now: Notifications sometimes remain active (red) until the app is closed/refreshed. Pros Able to set up an online registration without paying out of pocket. Like we can create a website, and there is a app. Like how its free, especially with just starting our program with no extra funds to use. Cons Should able to remove things you don't need, like player number and position. I run a cheer gym, and this is more football/soccer/softball team teams friendly. Be nice to be able add and remove buttons / slots. Need more font choices, sizes and so on. Be able to design website more, editing/set-up/style. Reason for choosing TeamLinkt had everything I'm looking for, just needs to add more customization to fit my needs. I use Band at the moment for my athletes' parents, and square for payments. It would be nice to communicate from one plate form. And I would like to be able to have parents fill out paperwork online and sign important papers for registration. Cons Our playoffs are a double elimination format and there is currently no specific support for this. Pros Integration piece with Stripe as the payment provider. As Treasurer, this is the 3rd payment provider I have been part of implementing for our zone. Stripe to Team Linkt is by far the best I have been apart of using for ease in reconciling and reporting. Cons Use of two forms for our U15 division to accommodate a different registration needs. Added complexity and time that could have been avoided during busy September tryout season as Kids returning from A tryouts to zone needed to be transferred quickly. Pros TeamLinkt makes managing our hockey association so much easier. We can organize the teams, create the schedule and communicate so much more efficiently than with our previous platform. And the customer service is second to none. Whenever I have a question or need help with something on my website, the TeamLinkt team responds quickly and delivers fast results. Cons I wish I could copy a team admin to more than one other team at a time. Would be helpful to have a multi-team select option for this situation as we always have our Scheduler assigned to each team. We used another software that has similar features that we had to pay almost $600 to use each season for the amount of teams we use it for.
