I use this software everyday in my clinic and I have enjoyed it. It's important in my position to be able to complete charting quickly between patients, and I have had no problems with Juvonno.

Pros

\- Easy to navigate on both PC and mobile - The tool bar makes it easy to jump between features like schedule, patient info, and charting - Charting templates help me keep a detailed record of my treatments

Good software, with a not-so-good team behind it.

Pros

The software has massive potential. It does have a lot of good features, like fax, text, and more.

Cons

Has quite a lot of cons. Support is almost non-existent. They have a "number" you call, but it just goes to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]phone, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], and in the 2 years we have been with them, not once has he picked up. The system also has so many glitches and constantly has issues, and they never acknowledge them, but instead blame you and say "you just don't know how to use it". E.g. the internal email and text buttons have randomly disappeared. Recently had an issue with the invoice descriptions not showing up on invoices, and they claim it has always been like this, when it has not. They do make you crazy sometimes because they keep denying things even though you and your 13 staff members have used this feature a million times, then when it randomly disappears they claim this feature never existed. They really, really, really need to improve their support and customer service skills. They need to hire more people, have a real dedicated line to support because you will be dealing with at least 1-2 problems a week with Juvonno.

You are correct that our toll free number can get quite busy which is why we try to recommend to use our Support Chat system as our response time is very fast there. The issue with the communications features being hidden temporarily was due to the extensive system update to all the communications features including an improved security model for those features which was outlined in our update release notes. I will talk to support about improving their communications with you and your team to ensure a more detailed explanation of changes is sent to you. We are currently working on a complete overhaul of our online knowledge-base with the addition of more video tutorials as well to hopefully help with support and improve your experience with our software. Pros

Learning Juvonno has honestly been one of the easiest applications I have ever used. Very user friendly and the support chat and help center are so easy to use and incredibly helpful. Answers right at your finger tips. Love the reports and how detailed you can make them. Customizing to what you need.

Cons

I wish the calendar would show the practitioners at the top and hold them in place as you scrolled. You currently can only see their names at the top or bottom.

I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect software for us, and used two other programs before Juvonno. Their sales team was amazing and was so patient with all of my very detailed questions. I really wanted to make sure that this was the right one as I didn't want to have to switch again. They have a great support team and they are always willing to listen to suggestions of how the software can better work for you.

Pros

I used two other clinic software programs before deciding to switch to Juvonno. Neither were a great fit for our clinic. Juvonno has ALL of the features I need, including all integrated billing platforms. It is very user friendly, has a fantastic patient portal with online booking capabilities, excellent MVA treatment management features and is highly customizable to make it work the way you need it to. We have a very large clinic so I also really like the J-comm feature that allows team communication right in the software. Two-way texting built in is also a rare software feature that I truly love having!

Cons

My only request would be to have different description options for services for online booking. Patients don't often understand exactly what they need to book when we need to have insurance-related descriptions for services. We have a lot of complicated service options and this would help to make that easier. The form customization is a little complicated, but they are there to help and once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier.

We love it and our patients love it. We love it because it makes managing our clinic so much easier and simplifies or eliminates many of the repetitive daily tasks that go into running a clinic. And our patients love the modern new experience that we can offer them -- with beautifully designed email receipts, a secure patient portal, automated email reminders, etc.

Pros

Where to start? It's easy to use, has excellent modern features, is safe (data fully encrypted), allows us to customize the way it works for our clinic, and they keep improving it and adding new features to keep it up to date. Another big thing is the fact that they brought in our data from our old software. This is huge, because we couldn't just start over from scratch. We have years of appointments, patient records, invoices, etc. that we needed to securely bring into our new software. Not every company was willing to do this because it takes extra work. But Juvonno did it, and we really appreciated it. Having to face the idea of moving our clinic to a new software was daunting, but moving to Juvonno was a great choice and very worth it for us. Highly recommended!

Cons

A few hiccups on initial setup & data import, but they supported and helped us through the process.

Overall, my team and I have had a great experience using Juvonno. The platform constantly updates its system to streamline tasks. Our team continuously recommends Juvonno to others in the market.

Pros

Juvonno is a user-friendly platform with in-app support. Onboarding and orienting new staff has been extremely easy. The in-app chat support has also been very useful and is frequently used for immediate assistance throughout the day. Juvonno also has a "Help Centre," which has been a valuable resource for learning how to perform other tasks or generate specific reports.

Cons

The homepage of Juvonno does not automatically refresh when arrivals are checked in, or appointments are billed. As a result, we constantly have to manually refresh the home page, which is the only aspect I dislike about it.

I have been a Juvonno user since 2010, I am incredibly happy with the program, the Juvonno team, and what the software has become today. I recommend it to anyone who is in a busy clinic and needs simplification or even a clinic starting out, (which was myself) to get rolling with a program like this early on has prevented any complications that I'm sure we would have experienced otherwise.

Pros

The software takes care of all of your day to day needs when it comes to scheduling, accounting, direct billing and more. Their tech staff are FAST, and very helpful. It's extremely easy to use, and easy to train new staff. They are constantly improving the software and I'm always excited when we get an update notice.

Cons

If there are any features that I feel Juvonno is missing, or features that I would like to see in my own clinic, you can make simple suggestions through the software that they bring to their development team.

I attended a presentation where the owner spoke of his product, Juvonno, he was intelligent and inspiring and so willing to help and learn about my business and I was sold on the spot.

As an admin of Physiotherapy office, I use Juvonno basically for everything that my job requires me to do. From scheduling appointments to billing to insurance companies, it can't be done without Juvonno.

Pros

The program is very easy to use and It doesn't hurt your eyes, especially after long working day of staring at the screen. From the very beginning of using the program it's very clear what is where, and optional ways to get the same task achieved is very helpful.

Cons

When you open patient's profile in the new tab, would be great to see patient's name on it, so you don't have to open each and every tab, because you end up with many of them during busy time to find the one you're looking for.Also when entering an adjuster's phone number, there's no option for phone number extension.

We are very happy with Juvonno. We have several practitioners in our clinic, all using different programs (PMP, Setmore, Noterro). Juvonno has integrated all of us on their program. It's an all-in-one program, we are very happy. Custermer service is top notch, they are prompt with any inquiries.

Pros

We are a multidisciplinary company: Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. This program meets all our needs - easy online booking for the patients, electronic charting - including patient intake forms, soap notes etc., integrated direct billing with insurance and auto insurance, customization to what we need. They are Canadian based, familiar with our legislative requirements and they have phenomenal customer service.

Cons

It's overwhelming at first, especially if you are coming from a paper-based clinic to fully embracing the online/electronic route like us. It would be difficult to set up on your own. Having said that though, Juvonno has been exceptional with step-by-step guidance through it. It's well worth it.

I have been using Juvonno almost daily since starting my position 4 years ago, and I've been quite happy with the features they have and continue to expand upon in their well-communicated updates. Their help center is a great resource for both new staff training and for current employees to learn new features.

Pros

I like that Juvonno is a reliable system in terms of day-to-day usage, and that whenever we do have issues, they have a supportive tech team. The booking process is straight-forward and it has great features for communication between the clinic and patients, as well as messaging staff or leaving notes on the patient files.

Cons

The main feedback I have for suggestion is to add an option for detailed filtering when exporting patient charts (ex. practitioner, type of service, date, etc.), as this would be much more convenient for when we receive requests for charts with specific date ranges and we need each practitioner to review their own notes before sending.

When we determined the system was not a good fit and decided to transition back to Accuro, we encountered significant challenges with data migration and received little to no support during the process. Overall, Juvonno did not meet our expectations of a true EMR, and clinics should carefully evaluate its capabilities before committing.

Pros

Faxing was the only straightforward and functional feature, although we ended up having to go back to our original fax provider.

Cons

The platform was oversold during the sales process. In practice, the layout is disorganized and not intuitive, making daily workflows inefficient. The voice dictation feature is also very limited - it does not support basic punctuation or capitalization, making it impractical for clinical documentation. It also sent incorrect appointment texts and emails to patients, including communications we did not authorize. The patient portal was frequently inaccessible, and we spent significant time assisting patients just to help them navigate basic access issues.

Pros

Juvonno is a very intuitive platform that makes managing daily clinic operations straightforward for both our administrative and clinical teams. Our practitioners frequently comment on how smooth and efficient the charting system is, which helps streamline their workflow. One standout feature is the real-time chat support. Responses are quick, and the staff is consistently helpful. The built-in Help Center is also a great resource, offering clear and detailed guidance when needed. What we appreciate most, though, is how open the Juvonno team is to user feedback; they genuinely seem to take suggestions seriously and are proactive about making improvements.

Cons

There are a few areas that could use refinement. For instance, the HCAI integration process feels overly complicated. To be fair, that may have more to do with the complexity of HCAI itself than with how Juvonno handles it. Tracking certain types of appointments, like MVA or WSIB, also isn’t as intuitive as we’d like. At our clinic, we’ve had to supplement this with an external Google spreadsheet to keep everything organized. Lastly, while the waitlist feature is a useful tool in theory, we’ve found it somewhat cumbersome to use and think it could be made more user-friendly.

Both Jane and Juvonno gave great presentations. At the time though Jane did not have Telus Health integration. So that was a deciding factor for our company, as having that feature was key.

We ultimately moved away from Clinicmaster because we found the software to be frequently slow and occasionally buggy, which disrupted our workflow. Our practitioners regularly expressed frustration with the charting system, noting that it felt clunky and unintuitive. These issues made it increasingly difficult to maintain efficiency and consistency in patient care, prompting us to look for a more reliable and user-friendly alternative.

### "Great tool for clinics"

Pros

Its very good software to make notes and keep patient's information. You can book appointments and super easy to use. Great value for money too

Cons

Sometimes the data doesn't get saved even though it says saved. Logs you out after sometimes and all data is gone

### "Great CRM for a Therapy Clinic"

I find the overall usage of Juvonno easy, accessible, and very user friendly. It is customizable to each particular organization and the payment portals are easy for both clients and admin to use and track. I would definitely recommend this program.

Pros

I love the functionality of all scheduling, the grouping of clients, and the ability to run insurance through Telus E-Health directly through the program. The Juvonno Pay portal is easy to use and navigate, and makes taking credit card payments easy. The team at Juvonno is always helpful and kind. There are so many ways to customize the experiences of not only our practitioners but also the admin team, and it's well worth every penny.

Cons

I don't really have any notable cons to mention. I find the user experience quite nice.
