It has been fun learning the system and seeing how amazing and adaptable the application is.
Learning Juvonno has honestly been one of the easiest applications I have ever used. Very user friendly and the support chat and help center are so easy to use and incredibly helpful.
Our patient retention has improved. Our time management has improved and just over ease of things have improved.
It has been very good I am just starting at my new job been there for 2 months but love that we use Juvonno.

We had trouble setting up MB Health which lead to some major issues.
There is not lack of information, but as a business owner, it's sometimes hard, because we have lack of time.
The system also has so many glitches and constantly has issues, and they never acknowledge them, but instead blame you and say "you just don't know how to use it.
Will take them to small claims to show how bad these guys are and can’t get away with it.

"Overall Positive Juvonno Experience"
Overall: Overall, my team and I have had a great experience using Juvonno. The platform constantly updates its system to streamline tasks. Our team continuously recommends Juvonno to others in the market.
Pros: Juvonno is a user-friendly platform with in-app support. Onboarding and orienting new staff has been extremely easy. The in-app chat support has also been very useful and is frequently used for immediate assistance throughout the day. Juvonno also has a "Help Centre," which has been a valuable resource for learning how to perform other tasks or generate specific reports.
Cons: The homepage of Juvonno does not automatically refresh when arrivals are checked in, or appointments are billed. As a result, we constantly have to manually refresh the home page, which is the only aspect I dislike about it.

Overall: Since I am a sole proprietor, I use the basic functions, which work perfectly and I enjoy the online booking feature. There are a lot of features included in this program that would be very efficient for multi-dimensional clinics. For example: colour coding for different session times and practitioners.
Pros: The ease and efficiency of this program. I have been in practice for 30 years and have been with Juvonno since the beginning and have seen all the growth of this company. I also like the quick and efficient customer service.
Cons: Being inconvenienced at times during the many upgrades. At the most though it’s been only 24 hrs till issue is resolved. Also not being informed when the subscription fee has increased.

Overall: Nothing but good things to say about Juvonno, and I've encouraged other providers to reach out and take a look at their program.
Pros: Juvonno is such a user-friendly system. I've trained multiple staff and associates on the program without issue, regardless on if they are technically savvy or not. They are a local company that knows our industry's needs, and are constantly upgrading features. They are also very easy to get in touch with when issues arise.
Cons: I have limited cons of note for Juvonno. Any concerns I have had have been taken into consideration and fixed along the way.

Cons: We had trouble setting up MB Health which lead to some major issues. We also find the direct billing of Telus Health not as clean and easy as just doing it manually with the other insurance companies.

Pros: Juvonno charges based on the number of cocurrent users, rather than the number of practitioners. This unique pricing model saves business owner money, especiallying when having multiple part-time staffs.
Cons: We are experiencing more billing errors than we used to have when we billed directly through TELUS.

Overall: My Overall experience with Juvonno from the past year and a half has been great.
Pros: Easy to navigate and FAQs. It is so east to train someone new as everything is right in front of you.

Pros: The ease of use and customization for our services and practitioners. There is an ability to create and individualize services, charts and rates for our practitioners, yet keep the uniformity of our brand.
Cons: The ability to par down restrictions for users by action, as many were combined with others. However, this is something Juvonno continues to work and develop.

Pros: Integration with Telus Reports are mostly great and informative Quick patient fall off list for reference. Invoice editing available by administrative users Communication with support staff when assistance is needed. Text messaging integration is phenomenal! Easy invoice splitting to multiple payers.
Cons: No directly billing integration with WSIB as of yet. Would like Resource selection to copy over to future appointment when booked from last. Need better online booking control for physiotherapy scheduled with different appointment time lengths. Clinic Summary Report has discrepancy in first column of revenue values, does not equal correctly. Comprehensive Sales Report does not include HST even when selected box "include HST" is selected. Would like a way for appointment reminders via email/text to speak back to the software once the COVID screening is discontinued. Waiting for SRFax to be integrated. **Hoping Sun Life will have an API built to allow integration to your software soon!

Pros: The software has massive potential. It does have a lot of good features, like fax, text, and more.
Cons: Has quite a lot of cons. Support is almost non-existent. They have a "number" you call, but it just goes to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]phone, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], and in the 2 years we have been with them, not once has he picked up. The system also has so many glitches and constantly has issues, and they never acknowledge them, but instead blame you and say "you just don't know how to use it". E.g. the internal email and text buttons have randomly disappeared. Recently had an issue with the invoice descriptions not showing up on invoices, and they claim it has always been like this, when it has not. They do make you crazy sometimes because they keep denying things even though you and your 13 staff members have used this feature a million times, then when it randomly disappears they claim this feature never existed. They really, really, really need to improve their support and customer service skills. They need to hire more people, have a real dedicated line to support because you will be dealing with at least 1-2 problems a week with Juvonno.

"Third time was the charm!"
Overall: I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect software for us, and used two other programs before Juvonno. Their sales team was amazing and was so patient with all of my very detailed questions. I really wanted to make sure that this was the right one as I didn't want to have to switch again. They have a great support team and they are always willing to listen to suggestions of how the software can better work for you.
Pros: I used two other clinic software programs before deciding to switch to Juvonno. Neither were a great fit for our clinic. Juvonno has ALL of the features I need, including all integrated billing platforms. It is very user friendly, has a fantastic patient portal with online booking capabilities, excellent MVA treatment management features and is highly customizable to make it work the way you need it to. We have a very large clinic so I also really like the J-comm feature that allows team communication right in the software. Two-way texting built in is also a rare software feature that I truly love having!
Cons: My only request would be to have different description options for services for online booking. Patients don't often understand exactly what they need to book when we need to have insurance-related descriptions for services. We have a lot of complicated service options and this would help to make that easier. The form customization is a little complicated, but they are there to help and once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier.

Pros: Juvonno has been crucial in the growth of our Company. Having our clients be able to do their own bookings, and then also communicate with their practitioner, and save their documents, like Doctors notes, and treatment plans not only makes our Administration job easier, we know that the files and documents will be safe. Being able to create marketing material, send mass emails and review all the accounting, makes this program essential for any business.
Cons: It does take some time to get used to all the features, but I find that the online help is great, and Juvonno is constantly upgrading, and giving you the opportunity to learn about all the features. There is not lack of information, but as a business owner, it's sometimes hard, because we have lack of time.

Overall: No complaints. Support is incredible, truly supportive. Feedback is taken well and implemented. Updates and constantly being made and the program itself is my first choice of EMR.
Pros: My biggest issue with other EMR softwares was that they were very restrictive, and what you could and couldn’t do. The ability modify, deny/allow, create through Juvonno is exceptional. Juvonno comm is incredible, it allows you to communicate among staff members, communicate with patients, send out newsletters and much more. Overall a very versatile program.
Cons: When you’ve reached maximum number of licenses allowed, the system doesn’t automatically log users out. It leaves them as inactive, that ends up clogging up the available users. It is not currently mobile friendly.

"Run your clinic with ease, with Juvonno."
Overall: I have been a Juvonno user since 2010, I am incredibly happy with the program, the Juvonno team, and what the software has become today. I recommend it to anyone who is in a busy clinic and needs simplification or even a clinic starting out, (which was myself) to get rolling with a program like this early on has prevented any complications that I'm sure we would have experienced otherwise.
Pros: The software takes care of all of your day to day needs when it comes to scheduling, accounting, direct billing and more. Their tech staff are FAST, and very helpful. It's extremely easy to use, and easy to train new staff. They are constantly improving the software and I'm always excited when we get an update notice.
Cons: If there are any features that I feel Juvonno is missing, or features that I would like to see in my own clinic, you can make simple suggestions through the software that they bring to their development team.
"Great Company, Great Product"
Overall: We love it and our patients love it. We love it because it makes managing our clinic so much easier and simplifies or eliminates many of the repetitive daily tasks that go into running a clinic. And our patients love the modern new experience that we can offer them -- with beautifully designed email receipts, a secure patient portal, automated email reminders, etc.
Pros: Where to start? It's easy to use, has excellent modern features, is safe (data fully encrypted), allows us to customize the way it works for our clinic, and they keep improving it and adding new features to keep it up to date. Another big thing is the fact that they brought in our data from our old software. This is huge, because we couldn't just start over from scratch. We have years of appointments, patient records, invoices, etc. that we needed to securely bring into our new software. Not every company was willing to do this because it takes extra work. But Juvonno did it, and we really appreciated it. Having to face the idea of moving our clinic to a new software was daunting, but moving to Juvonno was a great choice and very worth it for us. Highly recommended!
Cons: A few hiccups on initial setup & data import, but they supported and helped us through the process.

Overall: Horrible, great ideas but saying or calling it a Beta system is actually too strong of a recommendation paper forms are more appealing
Pros: SR Fax integration is great and easy to use
Cons: Workflow, no smart forms, charting is horrendous, changing patient names with the same phone number is not acceptable, being forced to sign a 1-year contract to a substandard EMR, every practitioner complained about the charting.

Overall: Experience has been great! Fast communication. I asked ALOT of questions and was always provided quick solutions.
Pros: My absolute favourite part is that when adding a charge to a patient, I can easily search the item - do not need to search exactly how it is written. I have used other systems and if you do not type the product word for word, it does not come up. Easy schedule creation for practitioners, can easily update and create new schedules with an end date of the old.
Cons: When you save, it does not keep you on the screen. I think it would also be nice if you could stay on a "patient profile" when you click the patient in the schedule.
"Juvonno is not just a program, it's your personal loyal assistant."
Overall: As an admin of Physiotherapy office, I use Juvonno basically for everything that my job requires me to do. From scheduling appointments to billing to insurance companies, it can't be done without Juvonno.
Pros: The program is very easy to use and It doesn't hurt your eyes, especially after long working day of staring at the screen. From the very beginning of using the program it's very clear what is where, and optional ways to get the same task achieved is very helpful.
Cons: When you open patient's profile in the new tab, would be great to see patient's name on it, so you don't have to open each and every tab, because you end up with many of them during busy time to find the one you're looking for.Also when entering an adjuster's phone number, there's no option for phone number extension.

Overall: It's a great experience and I have no concerns about the protection of my clients privacy.
Pros: Able to conduct all my virtual sessions, secure digital platform for session notes and all medical records.
Cons: I'm not able to access virtual link on my cell phone. However this could just be a problem on my end.

Overall: These guys are fraud. They took whole years advance payment for my 5 locations and promised me if I didn’t like it will refund if decided within 3 months. 1 month later decided I did t like it they only gave back $2700. I gave them $6100. Theif. Be careful never give them wholes years in advance. Month by month so if you do t like it you can reject it.
Pros: None. Complicated form day one. Staff not helpful.
Cons: They are the Cons. They will say one thing on the phone to get your business and then will write in invoice please read small print policy. Will take them to small claims to show how bad these guys are and can’t get away with it.
