Working with \[sensitive content hidden\] was great! The Team is committed towards providing world class customer service!

Pros

I like that UENI can handle all the website technical and creative designs.

Cons

There were a few times where my design requests appeared not to have gotten to the Design team. I would highly recommend that the once a customer has paid for their subscription there be a design meeting with the customer before any work is done. This would allow the designer to have a verbal discussion with the customers to fully understand the concepts and expected outcome. This would allow for the delivery of the website to be aligned with the customer's expectations and reduce the need to have many meetings.

Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the website, the customer service, the ease of using the website and how fast it was completed. I couldn't be happier with my decision to leave GoDaddy.

Pros

Everything from start to finish was completed with.easr and professionalism. From submitting my initial pay, to onboarding, to updating and finalizing my own email address! A1 all the way.

Cons

I only had two issues. One was uploading my blog info and the second issue was getting the shipping charges corrected. But, UENI took care of everything that I couldn't figure out.

It was wonderful. I loved the Zoom meetings and the quick turnaround on revisions.

Pros

It was easy to give them the information, the tech is great, and they do it for you!

Cons

The monthly fee for the upgrades is too expensive for me. I am a software developer in business services, so many of the tools they have don't apply to me. I don't need much customization, but on one page, it is too expensive for me to upgrade.

UENI for the money/time spent has been the best OVERALL website building experience. They are friendly, efficient, and a joy to work with.

Pros

Over the past 3 years, I have spent hundreds of dollars in creating a website. UENI has been cost effective in saving time, money, and frustration!!!

Cons

I am not of fan of technology, it doesn't match with my trade, however UENI has made building my website an ease, but they send a lot of promotional emails that get mingled with the emails I need to respond to.

Good experience overall! Just disappointed I have to use other platforms as well to complete the site in the way I want and need.

Pros

Quick response times and love the lay out and design options.

Cons

Getting used to a new interface however they had an onboarding call that helped a lot with that. And that you can not collect payments or schedule sessions on this platform which is exactly what I was looking for.

The price and whatI was originally told about how it would benefit my business.

Cons

They did not follow thru as they said. Different people gave different answers help limited. One petson said it could take months. Asked for a refund keep getting run around. Very bad experience.

I had a new account and I told the company about it and they still sent it to a closed account and I have not received it now they want me hunt down the refund

Pros

I never got to use the website nothing I had to call and I rarely got a call back but lots of emails about the money they wanted

Cons

They were not fair with me and they kept part of my money

I had used them before but I was extremely I'll and not able to work my business like I wanted to or to promote it and I had the type 0 since I had the account and I just had not caught it 2 months later and nothing accomplish but then taking what they wanted and told me what they would give back

### "Who knew!??"

I don't have to pay for expensive, unsecured hosting anymore. I don't have to worry about an SSL certificate, privacy policy updates and template subscriptions. I've saved thousands of dollars and many hours of going back and forth with a contractor to make necessary plugin updates and changes.

Pros

The year is 2023, and trying new things, and companies, is oft a 50/50 chance, not with UENI, though. They have been 100 from start to end. The set up was easy, the initial delivery was white-gloved, and the handoff was smooth. Now we have a functional website that can handle our rapidly changing external communications and sales.

Cons

I wish there were more educational/child care based templates and would love more background coloring options. Also, the upgrade packages do not meet my needs. Wish there was a customizable option.

I have never had a second thought of not hiring UNEI. They have been the father of my website, ideas, and inform me of leads that I need. I'm stoked to have then host my site. I can't wait for some of the updates that they have coming up with the front profile!!

Pros

UNEI has continually come through for me when Google has had issues with my Business Account. I lost my Google Business page and ALL MY REVIEWS once and lost sleep for a week. I was about to start over after eight years. I tried so hard to contact Google but exhausted all my resources. Finally, I asked UNEI. THEY FIXED IT! I needed enlargements, links, sizing promo sections, etc, many other things but they replied and have continually performed EXACTLY what I needed with my uploaded pics, examples. They did what I wanted and I'm staying with UNEI.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say really. Inexpensive. Fast contact. I have NOTHING negative to think of.

Quick creation, really quick 30 minute overview of site features before publishing, very good chat responses, but if you want even a very basic business website you'll have to upgrade. Critical features are not included in the Lifetime package

Pros

It's easy to use. Support is quite responsive. The cost of the lifetime version is attractive (until you find out about the hidden details)

Cons

Clunky templates. No Subscribe/Follow button is available in blog feature without upgrading to monthly $$. No drag/drop for adding graphics. Limited options for font sizes. Continual popup adds to upgrade (this is in the paid version, not a free version). No way to full explore changes without publishing first.

So many Pros. Tons of help. Great customer service. Genuine customer service. Great looking website that didn't break my bank. I can customize my site or request them to. I change my pricing due to seasons so I just do that myself. Their team will work wonders if you just ask.

I don't think their is anything potentially that I like least. They have performed everything I've asked.

It was up and down. They don't always respond. They said they were going to upgrade the website, and asked if I would like that, I said yes, they didn't respond , didn't update my site.

Pros

They set it up fast and designs they offered. Which became blurry at times had to ask them to fix it then they told me to take a picture of they couldn't see it.

Cons

The functionalities were not always working. They will charge you anyway they can. I set up the account with my personal credit card, then changed it to the company credit card. When I quit they kept charging my personal account. Then after I emailed them to close the account they still kept charging my account. USER BEWARE.

Amazing and I would say stepped my business u a giant notch

Fat, trealmined, truly kind and helpful staff, issues resolved ASAP, beautiful design that looks and feel professional to legitimize your presence, yet feels like you. PLUS plan is great, comes with features to help get you started, click-through modules to help you get things on your site correctly, SEO, and coaching calls. Oh, and I hate writing copy, so I sounded like a crazy person. They translated "cazy person" into language that is intuitive and mskes sense.

Cons

It sometimes can be a little picky, and there aren't a lot of things I can do from my end to change graohics, However they have request forms so you can ask to have them changed.

I started a brand new business 2 years ago and I have no website-building skills - UENI put me in business overnight! I get compliments daily about my website on functionality and how good it looks - and customer service is the best in the business from my experience

Pros

LIVE REAL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT! - They actually have web developers who will add features for you by just describing what you need

Cons

Sometimes software can be a bit buggy but problems are resolved quickly by chatting with a customer service rep via real-time chat - I do not know of any other website builder that offers this service

### "Perfect Platform for those Starting Out"

Ueni allowed me to quickly create and launch a website for a new consulting business I am trying to get off the ground. While it is still to be determined if my business will be a success, a well designed and functioning website is a necessity. Ueni allowed me to achieve this at a relatively low cost as opposed to other competitors where I would either need to pay a lot more or do a significant amount of the work myself.

Pros

\-Quick turnaround on website that was well organized and easy to modify-Relatively easy to add, change and remove items that I did not want in my final product-SUPER FAST support and very quick resolutions-Numerous integrations that can enhance the overall professional feel of your site

Cons

\-Certain back-end changes required to be made by support staff (not sure if this will be lost after trial period of my basic plan, but its not that big of a deal if so)-Some features that I think would be nice to have are missing (such as comments for blog content), but this isnt a major issue - will subsidize with social media content for now.

I found Ueni on Facebook and decided to let them help build my websites. At first, I was skeptical but I wanted something that would represent me as an independent Travel specialist. Ueni helped me develop my website, gave me ideas, and totally build my confidence. I know have another website with ueni as well, and my daughter has decided to let Ueni help her with her sites instead of GO daddy..we were not satisfied with their services because they don't offer the same support as Ueni with their customers. Every little thing is charge for this charge for that, and almost $230/a month for a one page website and extra to add more pages.. UENI ROCKS ALL WEBSITE BUILDERS TO ME!

Pros

How it allows me to change my websites constantly, with editing, adding, to my liking and what will work for my business.

Cons

Nothing...all the software is wonderful to use. No complaints at all.

Horrible right out of the gate.

Pros

The site they published was an embarrassment to my company. 3 major pages missing. Not paying attention to detail such as picture cropping was horrific. I could have done all this just as bad. I hired what I thought were professionals. The one meeting to discuss this site was a wash. Zoom did not connect us. I sat in waiting room for over 40 min then hung up. I M giving them till mon to rectify and pull site down until it is right. I can't Fford this to be tied to my company since I have very prestigious clients whom will walk if they see this nonsense. If that happens this company will have legal issues.

This has been the best experience I've had getting my website up and running. I've tried many companies and nothing has compared to UENI

Pros

I love their customer service. I've been helped every time I ask for assistance. They'll do it for me or I can do it myself. They give me articles after walking me through the process. I love how quickly my website was up and running, how accurately they understood my needs and desires and just did a fabulous job!!

Cons

That customer service isn't 24/7 so when sending an message it usually takes 24-48 hours.

Reason for choosing UENI

Just trusted my gut feeling and it paid off!! I'm so happy.
