If your business doesn't have a website at all, a lot of customers won't trust you. Even a basic website is a show of professionalism and marketing, and Ueni makes it easy for non-tech people like me to do just that.

Pros

Cheap, fast, easy, and off my plate. That's all I want when it comes to deploying systems for my business. I am one of two people in my company, both of us spend full-time hours in the field. Ueni makes it easy to have a website, connected with all the social platforms and google listing. They shine in the customer service area though. Any time I need to make an edit but don't have time to learn how, they do it usually same day for free.

Cons

The only thing I can say I didn't like is that upon deployment of my website and integration with the google business listing, there were a couple errors or typos in the information listed. However, I can't overstate how helpful and quick to respond/solve the problems the customer service team is. They actually listen, and act quickly.

ueni needs to calibrate with honeybook. Calendly can intergrate but not sure if ueni calander can.

Pros

problem solving experts, easy, helps to do screen shots.

Cons

No calendar and desktop version to use while constructing everything. and a test option would be nice

UENI is very professional and answer all of my questions in a timely manner. UENI also has video tutorials which really helped me when creating my online platform. I also love the various package deals that you can subscribe to which makes them very affordable. Lastly, I like how they are compliant with privacy and policy laws.

Pros

What I liked most was the option to go Basic which is a free startup for anyone looking to create their very own website.

Cons

There are features that could greatly benefit the use of UENI. When I was uploading my products, I really wished there were more features geared towards the quantity in stock. I also would love to see more Themes in the future for how the website looks. I also would like to see more payment and better shipping options.

I don’t like that they don’t do video set up and watch and communicate and ask if you like it or not they don’t really do nothing major is still the same basic website they built for the intro price I don’t see no difference and it’s not appealing at all and the pictures are not in the proper places and they don’t ask you questions as they built they just build it in display don’t even care if you’re embarrassed of it or not And I feel they should be more hands-on with the customer

For me as a contractor my overall experience with UENI is good I am very satisfied and pleased to say I would definitely recommend to a friend, family or anyone who would be looking to use something similar. For the value on price you get a lot, you can do a lot with it and It’s very overall easy to use for everyone. As for customer service I have never had a issue with Anything so never needed to speak with them But for a example They are always offering new deals and updates All the time which is good in a sense but it’s 5 stars from me.

Pros

I like the fact you can Pop on and Add your own edits at any point including uploading photos to a portfolio etc Wether your at work or at home it’s very easy accessible from a mobile or Other device.

Cons

Being totally honest there wasn’t much I don’t like about it I’m sure others have different opinions but I feel like For the value of Money it is definitely better than Some or most Other services provided.

Awesome!! I was with GoDaddy previously. It was costly and their customer service was terrible.

Pros

Ease of use. I have very little experience with website building and UENi made it easy.

Cons

Would love a template set for entertainment or entertainers.

UENI had more to offer, great templates and easier to use.
