Director Consumer Goods Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Fantastic initially then assistance tails off" August 26, 2021 5.0 Initially i was wowed by the customer service, then i booked my on boarding call, took time off from my full time job for it as it had been confirmed and then a few hours before the meeting they cancelled, no explanation, no arrange a new one option. To say i am upset is an understatement. I have not sold one thing since opening my website and needed assistance as to why, it doesnt make sense when i sell from elsewhere no problem. For the money I pay I expect better service than this. I am currently looking around for a more accommodating service that does not cancel with no explanation. Pros Ease of use, set up and look, the initial set up was fast and had me up and running very quickly. They said they didn’t get the 70+ images and text and basically everything I sent them so I had to do everything again. Pros Nothing Cons it's currently not possible to upload digital content to your site. Pros The "chat" feature is good, the reps take time to understand your question and answers any questions with ease. Editing feature is customer friendly and it does help if you have a little experience with such formats. Still early yet but the integration with other features, so far, are working well. She explained she did not have all the editing files available however, she would do what she could to make the needed changes. \[sensitive content hidden\] worked with me and provided exceptional customer service. Cons I didn't like that I sent in the editing information several times and the edits were not made correctly. Severe lack of customer support means I am 1 week with no response after I raised several issues with my newly delivered disaster. No replies to emails, the live chat is dead, nowhere to follow up on my open ticket, zero comms. Pros Nothing, its really awful. I cannot find a single thing I like here. Cons Limited functionality, clunky formatting, links within the builder do not work, themes are too rigid meaning only one of the logo frames will allow my logo without cropping or stretching. In all Likelihood I wouldn't have had a website at all if it wasn't for this. I like the fact potential clients can contact me via the website and that I can see the data about traffic to my website eadily Cons My main problem has been that I have been unable to construct my own privacy policy and the one fixed on my website is Ueni's own policy. They created a site for me that was almost completely perfect for what my buisess needs Pros I started with UENI with skepticism, not sure if they could create a stunning website for my business. I was very wrong. UENI is a fantastic tool for those of us that are just starting out with a business. They have an option for a monthly purchase, but I use their free version which gives me most of what I need. I can take appointments right there from the site Cons The one thing I wish the free version had is video.
