The software seems to have issues with their integrations with shipping providers, and the business does not seem to be actively worked on. Pros I liked the fact that the pricing shown on the site was transparent and there was an option to pay only 30% of successful refunds. After viewing the true pricing inside my user account, within the app, I quickly realized pricing for AuditShipments users does not match what is displayed on the front end of the site before signing up. Cons Several weeks have passed and despite setting up an integration with both Stamps.com and ShipStation, no data has been synced at all about my shipments. No one is monitoring their live chat, and no follow-up is made via email from live chat requests that were made and went unanswered. After sending a support request via email I did receive a response but it was not helpful. Additional support was still needed and there has not been any response via email now for several weeks. Alternatives considered [LateShipment.com](https://www.capterra.com/p/173230/LateShipment-com/) Reasons for choosing AuditShipment I chose to try AuditShipment because its pricing was stated to be 30% of successful shipping refunds, while LateShipment is 35% of successful refunds. Pros Loved how easy it was to navigate each feature they offer. What they provide is simple and effective. The software follows up on every shipment and make sure it was delivered on time. Indicates what shipments are in review and which ones have been completed with a detailed overview on totals. Customer Service was friendly and tried to help. Cons They are still a few upgrades away from being one of the best. Customer Service was unable to help at the time however forwarded any improvements to be implemented quickly. Pros Very easy, simple and convenient. the software is easy to navigate through, includes only information that is beneficial to us to see. Cons i would like to see individual credit copies available online when i need them. i have to ask for them to email them separately so i can file for my records.
