Pros I've improved the entire invoicing process by automating processes to make collecting outstanding accounts and sorting accounts payable more efficient. I can have a broader view of each client and the invoicing situation, which makes me more aware of payments. Cons I have nothing to say that I dislike. I've felt adequate support from ChargeZoom. The integrations are already synced up, so i don't have to manually do it. Everything is visible, clean Ui. Pros I really like the way it's very easy to invoice them using their templates and don't have to chase clients. Along with their AI that makes the whole process much easier. Cons I hate that some features need an upgrade to access. Switched from [Stripe](https://www.capterra.com/p/123889/Stripe/) Stripe was a very corporate, it almost lacked feel. Invoices are synchronized automatically, payments are applied correctly, and customers appreciate the easy‑to‑use payment links and portal. This has improved cash flow and reduced time spent on chasing payments or fixing accounting discrepancies. The tool feels reliable, and updates or changes on the accounting side are reflected quickly in the system, which gives confidence in the data. Pros What I liked most about Chargezoom is how easy it becomes to manage payments, invoices, and accounting all in one place, without having to jump between several tools. The integration with QuickBooks and other accounting platforms is very smooth, with a real two‑way sync that automatically updates invoices and payments, which saves a lot of time and avoids manual entry errors. Cons What I like least about Chargezoom is that the initial setup and configuration can feel a bit overwhelming if you are not very familiar with payment gateways and accounting mappings. Some options are quite powerful but not always explained clearly, so you sometimes need help from support or documentation to be sure everything is mapped correctly with QuickBooks. Chargezoom manages all our membership subscriptions and integrated us to QuickBooks. Pros I like how quick and easy it was to integrate our online software to use Chargezoom to manage the subscriptions and recurring payments. The API and dev tools made our job a lot easier. Cons At time of setup, not allowing to pause Subscriptions from the customer portal, it could only be done at admin level. Reason for choosing Chargezoom The cost to build our own subscription management engine was too high, it was much more cost effective to utilize a platform with a good API.
