Aspire Reviews
"I love Aspire IQ for my blogging business!"
Pros: This is great because it connects me, a blogger, with companies that are interested in collaborating. I love being able to directly apply to campaigns.
Cons: I am sometimes shown companies that are irrelevant to me.
"Everything all at once"
Overall: It's a great tool we use constantly to function in the business. It makes a lot of things easier.
Pros: I like that this software can accomplish most things in the business. Scheduling, creating contracts, estimating, invoicing, etc. Most lists are extremely customizable and you can shape the program to work however functions best for your company.
Cons: The CRM system doesn't flow as easily as the other features. You can only add an email one time, so some billing contacts are a little muddled.
"This is not an honest and responsible company"
Overall: This company is unethical, and does not handle customer complaints. There are a lot of influencer scams happening on their platform and they say they don't have a way to monitor it. For instance, 3 out 4 influencers I hired on their platform disappeared after receiving the product worth $195. The worst part is that when I contacted Aspire about it, they simply said they don't have a way to control it - even though the Terms that is signed by influencer and brand is monitored by them. Aspire monitors the Terms but doesn't have a way to enforce it. One of the influencers who ghosted me was someone who had done the same thing to another brand in the past and Aspire knew about it but did nothing so she did it again to me. Finally, when I asked Aspire to cancel my subscription, they refused and still charged me $500/mo even though I had closed down my account with them. This is not an honest business. Go with someone else more reputable and reliable.
Pros: It is relatively easy to use & to register
Cons: The company does not vet or monitor their influencer's behavour so there are a lot of scams that happen within the platform.
"Lots of Opportunities "
Overall: Overall experience is great. I've mostly worked on Pinterest and Facebook in the past. I've only recently began working diligently on Instagram. (Which is the platform most aspireIQ campaigns are on). My instagram is growing at a steady rate and I feel that as time goes on I will have more and more opportunities through AspireIQ.
Pros: Compared to other influencer marketing platforms there are many more sponsored post opportunities available for influencers. Most platforms have a few available at any given time but AspireIQ tends to have 15 to 20 campaigns running at a time. You also have the capability of chatting and discussing terms directly with the brand instead of agreeing to a predetermined set of terms and payment for work.
Cons: Until you've completed and received a 4 or 5 star review from a company, you can only apply to 5 opportunities per month. This is okay especially for me as my niche is very specific but broader lifestyle influencers may find this to be a limitation.
"Unethical, Expensive, Ineffective"
Overall: Terrible. Stay away.
Pros: Nothing. They didn't produce results sufficient to even justify a fraction of their cost.
Cons: Company is unethical and overprices their software and doesn't resolve customer complaints. They don't produce results. They use influencers who have fake followers or paid engagement, which is the antithesis of everything beneficial to using influencers.
